Castle Harbour is the perfect place for your special vacation! It is a bright and spacious second row home with 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths in a perfect layout to accommodate 10 people comfortably. The home is privately owned, and Sunset Properties provides its professional rental management services.
It is a Linen Ready home-Bath/kitchen towels and bath mats will be provided, and the beds will be made with linen at no charge upon arrival!
Reaching the beach is easy from Castle Harbour with a beach access path across the street at 12th and Main (only 1 house to the right). There are also 2 decks that offer great views of the ocean. The lot next to Castle Harbor is a vacant corner lot that allows for unobstructed views of the island from windows or from either deck.
Upon entering Castle Harbour, you will immediately appreciate the roominess of this home's open floor plan. One of the larger 2nd row homes with an extra large great room, and an extra large well equipped kitchen, will comfortably accommodate entertaining large groups. Recent updates include newly refurbished cabinetry with granite counter-tops, and all new stainless-steel appliances in the kitchen. All 3 queen beds have been upgraded to queen premium mattresses and box springs for 2021. In the great room a new 4K HD smart TV and HD DVD player above the fireplace make for a great time watching TV, a movie, or a sporting event from the large comfortable sectional sofa. A deluxe TV package from Direct TV is included along with free Wi-Fi access, and unlimited phone calls within the USA. You will also find a selection of DVD movies on site. Additionally, there are flat screen TV’s in all of the bedrooms.
Enjoy the added comfort of the upstairs loft, with wet bar, another flat screen TV, and DVD, as well as, 2 sofas, either of which, may be opened into a queen size bed. The main level porch is screened and offers a breakfast table and chairs along with rockers. There is also an outdoor shower to cool off and clean-up after a great day at the beach, and when you want to move cooking outside, there is also a grill provided for your enjoyment.
