It features five bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, waterway pier, and a private pool with breathtaking views of the Intracoastal Waterway. It's just minutes away from award winning golf courses and is a five minute drive to the beach. This stunning home has everything you desire for your perfect vacation! ?Each reservation includes four parking passes for island parking at our Sunset Beach office.?

Not only is this the perfect vacation rental for families, it is also available as an event venue for weddings, reunions and other special occasions! ?Please contact us for more information about events before reserving. Additional fees and contracts are required to host events at Shoreline Bluff.?

This is a Linen Ready home ? bath towels, kitchen towels and bathmats will be provided at no charge, and the beds will be made with linen upon arrival.

Great property for our family!Lots of room inside and out. The huge lot really adds to stay as we feel secluded from the crowds but close enough to the beach. We'll keep coming back to this house.

We held our family reunion at this house in mid June. Although we didn't all stay here, we used this house as our main meeting place for meals and family activities because of the ample space, nice pool and patio area and all of the parking available. The view of the intercoastal waterway was very nice, watching boats go by and an occasional dolphin sighting during low tide. We took a family picture on the very well maintained pier. The location was great, 5 minutes and you're at the beach.

We loved the house and it worked perfectly for our family reunion. There was plenty of space for all of us to be together but also enough space for people to be on their own. Pity about the hurricane though! However, it meant that the cousins spent more time together playing games and chatting, so it really ended up being "win" situation. The grounds were beautifully maintained and the pool was regularly checked. Management was very responsive and replied very quickly to our emails, usually within

We have stayed here twice and it's been wonderful! It's a mix of both worlds-beach and resort. Enjoyed the pool, dock and large spacious house for 14 people! You never feel crowded as so much to do. Will come back in a couple years and hopefully rent this home again!

The Pineapple house was an excellent accommodation of our family of 14. The house had ample space and provided good separation for the children and adults. The pool area was spacious and occupied the kids most of the time. Beach access was quick and easy and the parking provided at Sunset properties really worked well. I would rate the property a 10 out of 10. Also, Sunset Properties was very responsive to all our needs. We will definitely rent this property again on our next visit.

My husband and I chose this property to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary with our children and their families. There were 13 of us which included our 5 grandchildren. There could not have been a better place for us! It was absolutely ideal. There was fishing off the dock, swimming in the pool, cornhole games on the patio, pool upstairs, the large table sat all of us comfortably for meals, the beach was minutes away…I could go on and on. We loved our family week there and made many more happy memories
