Our company began providing vacation rentals in 1988, and has grown over the years to become one of the largest rental management companies on Sunset Beach.
The company manages approximately 250 homes for short-term vacations. We have a total of 14 full-time employees who work with our homeowners and guests handling reservations, marketing, property services, housekeeping, maintenance, and accounting. We work with over 200 other contractors that help us with housekeeping and maintenance projects throughout the year. We work hard on a daily basis to fulfill our motto: "Setting a Higher Standard".
We offer homeowners an active marketing program. Our website is continually updated with new features to make it easier for both our rental guests and homeowners to use. We moved to a web-based reservation system to offer additional marketing features for our homeowners. We concentrate our marketing efforts on the web, direct email marketing, and general media promotion to market to both our large customer data base and to individuals that haven't experienced a Sunset Beach vacation.
We strive to make our best feature our customer service. Each of our staff members wants to make sure, whether you are a homeowner or rental guest, your stay while on the island has everything to do with relaxing. Whether playing in the sand and water or simply reading a book on the deck, we hope you'll have little concern about items around the house itself. And if something comes up, our staff will tackle it as quickly as possible. The guest comments found on our site are samples of the comments we receive after a stay.
