Porterhouse is a third-row home located on the far east end of Sunset Beach. The screened porch is a wonderful spot for a laid-back experience, and having a roof deck for those stunning island views is a fantastic bonus! It is amazing to relax up there, taking in the scenery and enjoying the fresh air.

This home is dog friendly, allowing up to two dogs per rental. There is an additional fee if you plan to bring your dog(s) with you.

Very nice location. We have rented this home at least 10+ years since 2010. Fully meets our space needs and comfortable setting in September to take our dog to the beach! Sunshine Properties has been an excellent rental management company for us!

We love this comfy house! Even though it is a 3rd Row house, it is super convenient to the beach, great views from crows nest, and pet friendly. We have already booked for next year!
