1201 EM - Gulls Nite Out

Gulls Nite Out is perfect for our family beach vacation. We love the layout of the house and also its close proximity to our beach access. And lots of parking!

Great beach house , due to Tropical Storm Debby we didn�t get as much beach time as we wanted but Gull�s Nite Out had lots of games to keeps us busy downstairs in the carport area with the Jenga , Connect Four and Yahtzee games plus the chalkboard up stairs to play hangman. The extra fridge was great in the carport room too !! Easy walk to beach down the 12th street access . Would recommend this place and stay here again .

We absolutely loved our stay at Gull's night out! The house was so great and comfortable for our big family, and you can't beat that walk to the beach. We all showered in the very convenient outdoor shower every day after the beach and cooked in the well-stocked kitchen every night :) The house is spacious and had everything we needed. Loved the bathroom renovation downstairs too! Such a great house and beach. Thank you for letting us stay!

Another memorable vacation at this beautiful home. This was our fourth year and we have reserved for next year. Our newest addition to the family, five week old Tate, loved his first beach trip. Thanks to the owners for continuing to upgrade appliances, add televisions, beautiful outdoor furniture and fresh exterior paint. See you next year!!

What a wonderful beach rental. Very well kept and very kid friendly. Our only sadness is that it is not available for the same week next year!

This was our second year at Gulls Night Out and we have already booked for two weeks next summer. We love it! Our family ranges from 3 years old to 85 years old and it is perfect for everyone. Easy access to the ocean, close to pier for fishing, and a beautiful front porch with rocking chairs for the entire family. We have no complaints about the house at all. It's become our home away from home ❤️

We were delighted with this beautiful and well equipped property. We also recommend the linen package. The beds were made when we arrived. Towels, wash cloths, bath mats, dish towels and dish cloths were included. Gull's Nite Out has rocking chairs and a large table with six chairs on the porch. Property was well maintained and well equipped with everything we needed for a perfect vacation. We liked it so much we already put down the deposit to stay there again next year. This is the first time in 5 years we will be staying at the same place 2 years in a row. Loved it.

We love Sunset Beach! This was our family's first time at Gull's Nite Out and we have already booked for next July. We loved the big bathrooms and queen and king beds. Normally we don't sit on porches of beach houses, but the porch was a huge plus! It was a unanimous decision among our family, Gulls Nite Out will always be in our beach plans!

Great location just across the street from the beach access. Well-stocked kitchen with everything we needed for cooming & grilling during our stay. We loved how quiet it was & the recently renovated front porch & stairs was a plus! We enjoyed the ocean breezes & porch ceiling fans that kept us cool.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The property was well maintained and was close to the beach. It has a great screened porch and nice space on the lower level with a porch swing. Lots of space for a family to relax and have fun. I would highly recommend this property.
