This beach home has everything you will need for your stay. The updates were a plus-the outside furniture, the new floor of the outside shower, the well stocked kitchen, the linen service, the comfortable furniture throughout-I cannot say enough positive about this home.Also, Sunset properties is the most professional rental agency we have used. They are very accommodating and communicated with me regularly. You will not regret their services and the perfect home for your family vacation.

The house was nicely set up with separate living rooms and sleeping areas. Its location is great with access to the pier and beach. The furniture wasn't the most comfortable but worked. Kitchen was pretty well equipped. Overall a nice place.

House was inviting. Could of had a little bigger screened in porch for more than 4 people to sit out there.

We love staying in this house. It has a beach access right across the street so you, just a couple of minutes from walking in the sand. Our kiddos love going up in the crows nest and being able to see the ocean. It's a very comfortable home, with everything you need to feel like you're at home. We live sitting on the porch and watching the day go by. We will definitely stay here again!

We have stayed in this house for many years. We've gone through change of ownership & have been pleasantly surprised by the upgrades to the home. It is very comfortable. We love the screened in porch & the upstairs loft area is very nice. We hope to spend many more weeks there.

We absolutely love staying in this house! We've stayed here several times now and it's one of our favorites. The location is perfect, it's close to Beach access, and you can walk to the coffee shop and stores. The house has a crows nest which we love as well. We've already made plans to come back!

Another wonderful vacation at Sunset Beach! This was our first time staying at this home and we would definitely recommend to anyone. The location of the home was perfect for us with close proximity to the pier and to walk for ice cream every night. The location is also right across the street to the beach access including the 3rd street accessible ramp. The space inside the home was very comfortable for our family and we loved the screened-in porch and rooftop deck. We plan to be back here again next year!

This was a great place for our large family , the beach was close, the crows nest was fun for watching July 4 fireworks in the distance, north and south. The bathrooms are quite small. When we found an issue that needed to be addressed, Sunset Properties sent out repair person right away.

Classic beach cottage on Sunset Beach. We were pleased with the recent updates including new flooring. Property is close to all the islands central spots (shops, market, pier).

Very pleased with your office staff they were very helpful..Location was great being near the beach with good access and the layout of the house was also good . The only issues we had were the living room furniture was wore out and outdated .And also a contractor showed up unannounced and put gutters on the house during our stay. And didn't even bother to knock on the door and let us know what was going on .

We have stayed in this house for several years & have enjoyed our time there & we will stay there again. The new flatscreen tv was a definite upgrade. It is a very comfortable vacation home.

The house was the perfect size for our family vacation! The location of the house was also a plus. We would definitely rent this house again!

Great place to stay we love Sunset Beach and this just made our stay even better. The beds were comfortable and we slept 9 without any issue. The living room furniture is a little dated but it was fine. The only thing I would suggest is that they get a better TV for the living room that was the only issue I had.we will be back.
