Tipsy Turtle

Great house with a perfect location to the beach. Short walk that's easy even for kids. House is clean and well furnished with various dishes and things in the kitchen. Our family loves staying here for our weekly summer beach trip.

Tipsy Turtle is a great property, good location and layout. It could use some updating and a barbecue.

Little House on the Beach is a lovely, bright, roomy, little bit older beach house that is an easy walk to the beach. The owners have provided everything for a pleasant relaxing stay, from the rope hammock and swings below, to a well equipped outdoor shower, to the bonus sitting area upstairs and the rooftop deck for amazing island views .A little updating of the decor is all it would take to make this house the perfect one!I loved it anyway.

Great home for a family getaway to the beach! Everything was clean, organized, and well maintained. We had a group of all ages (4yrs old to 60+) and we all enjoyed the home. Easy walk to the beach and nice dock to fish on inlet. Looking forward to next year's stay!

Other than the weekly fee rising faster than Taylor Swift's ticket prices, we always enjoy the Tipsy Turtle! A

The house was great, clean and in good condition, close to beach and right on the canal, although canal doesn't produce much fish and seems too shallow to dock a boat. We had a great time though, the home is spacious and has many areas to hangout. A/C in bedrooms could be cooler though, might be the unit or the older windows. We would stay hear again.

The house has is actually one of the first built on the island but has been beautifully remodeled. It has 5 bedrooms and a living room upstairs, and large family room downstairs.

We stayed at the Tipsy Turtle for a long weekend and loved it.The house had a great location, with a dock, but also easily accessible to the beach as well. The layout of the house was probably the best part, as it has 5 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 refrigerators, and fantastic decks to be outside. The front porch was great, however we spent much more time on the back decks because of the views. Great house, especially as it is quite different than most on Sunset Beach, and we will definitely come back in the future!

Tipsy Turtle was great! The arrangement of living areas on both upper and lower levels created a relaxed atmosphere and some privacy. The upper and lower balconies facing the canal were both very lovely and we enjoyed being able to be outside. Everything was very clean and the kitchen well stocked. The dining table was large enough to seat our group and more. The beach was a very short and easy walk, and to our amazement, was never crowded!Sunset Properties was a joy to work with. Everyone was so helpful, and we loved our complimentary beach towel and coffee!

Great Location. Excellent space for 3 families

Our family has always enjoyed this house on Sunset Beach. It is perfect for either two families or adult children and parents! It gives each of us opportunity to enjoy time together. Close enough to the beach for a short walk and private enough for family time
