Time Out is a unique rental home located on the east end of Sunset Beach. Outside you can spend time on one of the decks or lounge around the nicely landscaped pool area with an 11 X 24, unheated, private pool. This home offers views of the ocean and the bay from the spacious sun deck.

Beautiful home. We really only used the house to sleep in as we had another one across the street. Lost it next year due to owners wanting it the same week. Glad they told us the year ahead so we could find another place.

My family only used the house for sleeping since we had the house across the street on the beach for everything else. House is beau and loved having at least 2 kings beds there. Loved having the gate on front porch for the little ones. Although we didn't use the pool more than once it was always cleaned and very well maintained. Nice to have the pool in case there are a lot of jelly fish in ocean. Very helpful. Will be back for sure.

Loved the location of this property, very secluded at the east end which was great. Easy beach access and of course the Pool was awesome! We struggled a bit with no pantry or cabinets but quickly just took over the second kitchen table to house all our goodies for the week. Great for a small family of 5.

The location of this house is perfect and the addition of the pool made our stay even more fun. The house was very clean and comfortable.

Overall, we enjoyed our time at this property. The pool and furnishings around the pool were perfect for our needs. We also liked the availability of outdoor hangout options available at this home. There were, however, limited seating options throughout the property (inside & out). My wife complained about the lack of a rocking chair. Inside, the updates to flooring were appreciated, but it seems like the renovation of this property lost steam after the pool area and flooring was finished. There were several tiny trash cans that made keeping up with trash and cleaning more of a challenge than needed. The kitchen lacked pots & pans sufficient for cooking a meal for the number of people in our group and we didn't even fill all of the bedrooms. In addition, the limited seating in the living room made everyone enjoying evenings in a challenge.
Time out is a beautiful beach rental. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you can think of. The pool was amazing. The location is 2nd row and very close to the beach access. My family comes every year and this is one of my favorite homes.
