Terrapin Beach

We love that this house has 4 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms. Kitchen is a little small but you don't spend much time there. Living space in the house is roomy and comfortable.

This home is conveniently located next to a beach access. The crow's nest has views of both the ocean and the canal, sunsets included. It is beautifully decorated and comfortable. The kitchen has everything needed for meal prep, and having an ice machine is a huge plus. We love this home!

We had everything we needed for a lovely family vacation. The screened porch was relaxing and comfortable. All the bedrooms and bathrooms were beautiful and well appointed. We loved having the extra ice maker! The closest beach access was next door and the walk to the beach is easy, but not handicapped accessible. Please don't book this house, save it for us!

We loved our stay at Terrapin Beach.It was the perfect house for our family of 9. The rooms were spacious and all had on-suites. We all enjoyed the screen porch and Crow's Nest as well. The house was also close to a Beach Access. can't wait to return again! The Campbell Family. Davidson, NC

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! This home was very well equipped with everything needed to have a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Our family of 9, 8 adults and 1 one child, we're very comfortable. Many times the beds we've found that the beds aren't very comfortable but this rental home has thought of everything. All of us were very happy with the beds. Also, having 4 bathrooms was really a game changer for our family too! 3 of the 4 bedrooms were en-suites with the 4th bath located right outside the 4th bedroom but accessible to everyone.The proximity to the beach was ideal with the beach access just one house away! The only downside for us was that the kitchen area is extremely small and really only one person at a time can be in it, causing some bottlenecking when it came to getting coffee, drinks from the fridge, etc. That aside, it was a wonderful stay and we've already reserved it for our next vacation!

We have stayed here three years now, and it's a great house for our two small families! The kitchen has all the pots/pans and dish/drinkware you need, and the living room furniture is super comfortable. We spend tons of time in the crows nest and on the screen porch. Beach access is one house away! We appreciate the washer and dryer too!! We will be back next year!

We had a group of 10 staying at the property, with additional local family visiting to celebrate birthdays and share dinners together. There was ample room for all and the home was very comfortable and well equipped. The only drawback was that we were unable to locate any bocce ball equipment to enjoy the bocce ball court. We would definitely revisit this property and highly recommend it.

We loved our week at Terrapin Beach! The house has great common areas but also plenty of nooks to have some quiet time. The beach access is super close, and we really appreciated the shower and clothesline outside for sandy bathing suits! It was our first year on the East End of the island and we loved it! Furniture was super comfortable, and the kitchen was well appointed. We have already reserved for next year- cant wait to return!

We had a wonderful stay at this house. Everyone agreed it was one of the best houses we have stayed n in years. Every thing was decorated perfectly with renters in mind. Every time we walked in the door we all said this house is so pretty. We wanted to take the ice machine home. Can't wait to come back next year. We will choose this house every time. It has all we need for a perfect family vacation. Thank you for making our vacation perfect!
