Sunwatch is a spacious east end home on Sunset Beach. With superb views of the canal, a screened porch, sundeck, and a private boat dock, it offers everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
This is a Linen Ready home – bath towels, kitchen towels and bathmats will be provided at no charge, and the beds will be made with linen upon arrival.

We enjoyed our stay at Sunwatch. This was our first time to stay on the canals and we weren't sure what to expect, but we really enjoyed being right on the canal and enjoyed the breeze. Our house had nice porches off of the bedrooms, in the front of the house, but we spent most of our time on the back deck, right beside the screened-in porch, that faced the canal. We liked the spacious layout of the house, and had plenty of room to spread out.

Our house was impeccably clean, well-supplied with everything we needed for cooking and entertaining, and in a great location. We could launch our kayaks off the dock into the canal, or take an easy stroll to the beach. Wonderful!

A bit dated in terms of furniture and finishes, but to me that is fine as I have a nostalgia for visiting SB as a kid in the 90's. : )Everything was clean and functional, and the location was wonderful. Lots of fun for the kids to get to play out on the canal dock, and easy walk to the beach.
