Sunset Watcher West is half of an oceanfront duplex located on the west end of Sunset Beach. You can also rent the A side, Sunset Watcher East, for a total of eight bedrooms. Sunset Watcher is conveniently located one home away from the 38th Street beach access making your trips to the beach a breeze. Outside, enjoy the ocean side deck and screened porch that provide the best views that Sunset Beach has to offer.

This home is updated, spacious, and fantastic views. Sunset Watcher west has one of the best stocked kitchens of any home we have stayed in on island. We also love the abundance of outdoor furniture. It is well maintained and was beyond clean.

The house this year was the best!! One disappointment was the WIFI. you couldn't get on and my husband was trying to conduct business and had to get up at 5:00 in the morning to be able to use the internet connection. We booked the house again for August of 2020. Hopefully this will be remedied. Thank you. Diane Mucci

We had a great vacation at Sunset! We had a wonderful family vacation - 11 children 4 and under and family came from as far as Texas! The houses were wonderful and your employees were amazing from start to finish! Your associates were very helpful in helping us find houses side by side to accommodate our large group! My only complaint would be the kitchens were not adequately equipped - pots, pans, large bowls, etc. We had some minor issues with small things in the houses and the technicians were so polite, helpful and efficient!Thank you for being a big part of our wonderful vacation!

We rented the unit for our annual ladies week at the beach, and we loved it. Very spacious and well equipped. The beds were comfortable. Extra bedrooms could each use a tv and chair. Excellent views of the ocean, even from the lower screened porch.

We always use Sunset Properties and rent oceanfront on the west end of the island. We've stayed in Sunset Watcher East before, but decided to try Sunset Watcher West. (new listing for Sunset Properties and there was a discount offered) The duplex had recently been completely renovated and everything was very nice! We enjoy seeing the sunrises with an east-side unit, but will definitely rent Sunset Watcher West again!
Very nice property has been well maintained and is in great condition. Perfect layout for our group to enjoy a beautiful fall week. Comfortable and inviting.
