Sunset Watcher East is half of an oceanfront duplex located on the west end of Sunset Beach. You can also rent the B side, Sunset Watcher West, for a total of eight bedrooms. Sunset Watcher is conveniently located one home away from the 38th Street beach access making your trips to the beach a breeze. Outside, enjoy the ocean side deck and screened porch that provide the best views that Sunset Beach has to offer.

Great location with easy access to the beach. Good layout of the house with large, comfortable rooms. Beautiful views from the lower and upper decks. Loved having all of the outside rockers on both decks. Inside furniture is well maintained and comfortable. Bedrooms are big with good mattresses. All bathrooms are in good shape. We were very pleased with this beach house!

Ocean front was beautiful and the house provided us with plenty of room for our family of 9. The condo furnishings are outdated but overall the property met our needs! This was our first visit to Sunset Beach and we loved it!

This was our first time in this property. Great location with easy access to the beach. It's not so crowded at this end of the beach. As a family of 5, we had plenty of room to spread out. Kitchen had everything we needed. I'm sure there are plenty of houses with more updated interiors, but this house fit all of our needs. It was nice to have a yard for our 6 year old to run around in too. Would definitely stay here again.
