The property was nice. The only negative would be the shared parking and inconsiderate neighbors.

Great place. Perfect for 8 guests. Yard great for sports. Sound of ocean everywhere.Personal wish for a Mr. Coffee with auto shut off as one in house does not have one and burnt coffee smell in house after return from beach not welcoming.

Our family has vacationed at Sunset Peach E&W the last several years. We have thoroughly enjoyed the accommodations and decor. The two outdoor grills gives us flexibility with meal planning. All appliances are modern and easily operated. Having both units accessible through the connecting corridor is a plus.

We enjoyed our stay at Sunset Beach again this year. The house we stayed in was well maintained and comfortable.

Our house was wonderful! It was beautifully furnished. It was a good location to walk easily to the pier and Tubbs Inlet. We had days of great views from the back porch of dolphins and the shrimp boats.

This house was perfectly lovely for our family get away and was the perfect size. Can easily house around 6-8 comfortably. Plenty of seating on the deck, kitchen was adequately stocked with pots/pans/dishes/etc., walk to the beach was easy.Only down sides:The ceiling fans in some of the bedrooms need to be replaced or given a tune up because they didn’t turn very fast.The dryer took a few runs to dry a small load.Other than that, it was another pleasant week at Sunset!

Loved this house! It was clean, up to date, and had everything we needed. Close to a beach access and great location, beautiful views of the ocean from both decks!

The property had a great location and access to the beach. It was the perfect size for our family.

The house was the perfect place to celebrate our 30th Anniversary! Our children and their spouses joined us throughout the week. We were very comfortable, enjoyed the wave-jumping, and had many fun dinners together! The location was perfect for the week.

The property was the perfect size and location for our family. We could hear the waves and feel the sea breezes from our deck. We have already booked for next year.

We have stayed at Sunset Peach E & W many times - and were impressed with some upgrades since our last visit in 2016. The new privacy wall on the porch is a great addition because even if all neighbors are wonderful, you don't want to share your precious vacation time with family with others. Nice appliances, extra nice cookware and the wonderful linen package all made for a great week.

This is the 3rd time we have rented this property. We love the home and we like being able to connect to both sides.

Beautifully appointed home and very clean when we arrived. All bathrooms and kitchen were updated and very well done. It is obvious the owners take great care of this home. We will certainly stay here again!
