Sunset Dream

Love this vacation home! We've be vacationing at Sunset Beach for 30 years and this home is among our favorites. Looking forward to our return in 2025!

We really like this property! We stayed there in 2020 and enjoyed our stay. The layout and color scheme are nice. The crows nest at the top is an extra feature we enjoy.

We have returned to this house several years! There is a large gathering area as well as several smaller spaces for talking, playing games or watching TV /movies. Plus it is right across the street from a beach access. The kitchen was very well equipped. We brought items like muffin tins but they were already there. Nice new grill outside also made cooking wonderful.

The house is well furnished and maintained. It had plenty of space for us and we would be happy to stay there in the future.

Sunset Dream truly lived up to its name. The house is beautiful, with plenty of room for our family. The kitchen is well stocked with every pot, pan and utensil we could possibly need. We especially loved the rocking chairs on the front porch and spent quite a bit of time there when we weren't on the beach.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sunset Dream. The house was in good shape; it is obvious the owners care about it. The location is great, just across from a beach access. The kitchen was well stocked. We really liked having all of the porch space as well as the crow's nest with the fantastic view.

We couldn't have had a more perfect experience on Sunset Beach. The house was wonderfully appointed and supplied with virtually anything a kitchen would require. The home is spacious with plenty of room for guests to claim their own space, from the front porch to the eagle's nest on the rooftop. The beach sand is like talcum powder and you can go out into the water nearly 50 yards before being over your head. The location is 100% family friendly and so very quiet, and the beach access walk over the dunes is literally across the street from the driveway. There were 5 adults and a baby with us for the week, and everyone had a fabulous time. We'd all go back in a heartbeat.

We have returned to Sunset Dream year after year. It is a beautiful and comfortable home that never disappoints. Sitting right on a beach access, it is just a quick walk to the ocean. The roof deck gives beautiful views of the sunset and then the stars at night. We also love morning and evening bike rides exploring the island and heading over to the shops in the center of the island. Even during the pandemic summer, we were able to relax and refresh ourselves feeling safe and comfortable in the home and with our island neighbors. You will love this property in this location on the island!

It's a really nice house with nice features and is next to a beach access so that's really convenient too. We have stayed in this house six straight years and a total of maybe ten times over the past 25 years.Sunset Properties does a great job with the whole process of renting, notifiicaton of when the house it ready, and also with lining up repairs, if needed.

We love Sunset Dream. It's the perfect location for our family. Direct beach access makes it so easy to bring the little ones with all of their toys.and run back to the house for a quick lunch! We always have plenty of privacy for sleeping or watching TV. The large porch is one of our favorite places to be. We even bring our hammocks to enjoy an afternoon nap. The Crow's Nest is a must for our family at night and we love to watch the stars and beautiful sunrises from there. We have been coming to Sunset Dream for 5 years now. It is truly our "Happy Place"! Loved the property, the beach and the rental experience. We will definitely be back. House was wonderful. Our house had a doorknob from upper futon room that was falling apart and difficult to use. Other than that iit was perfect.

Real nice house & floor layout, amenities, and location close to a Beach Access.

This was the 3rd time we've stayed in Sunset Dream. The location is terrific and the house is great for our family in terms of layout, beds etc. The kitchen is a little tight, but is well equipped. The house seems well loved by the owners and is very welcoming. Hope to be back next year!

We love Sunset Dream. It's a perfect location for our large family. Just steps away from the beach. The amenities are great and living is very comfortable there. We love the views from the porch and the upper decks especially in the evenings. It's so peaceful there.

Sunset Dream certainly lives up to its name! We've been vacationing down at Sunset Beach for about 25 years and have stayed in many great accommodations. I must say that, between the condition of the house; its furnishing, decor, and amenities; and its location relative to the beach and its access, Sunset Dream is the creme de la creme. The staff at Sunset Properties is terrific. They are all always pleasant, friendly, efficient, and helpful. We had a wonderful, wonderful vacation!

Location can't be beat! Right across from beach access. Wonderful large front porch. Enjoyed watching sunsets on the crows nest! Can't wait to come back:)

Great place. This was, I think, our fourth straight year of staying at this house and we also stayed in it for maybe 5 years in the 1990's- early 2000's. The upkeep has been very good and we look forward to coming back in 2019. We like the layout, the proximity to the beach, and the amenities.

We love Sunset Dream. IT is perfect for our family,that's why we keep coming back year after year. The location is perfect. Just a short walk to the beach. So convenient for all ages.

We really love the house. We stayed there for 3-5 years back in the last 1990's/early 2000's. We came back for the past three years and it's been great. The house is kept up very well. No complaints and we look forward to coming back in 2018.

This is a beautiful home with all the amenities. It is also a Linen Ready home, which are the only homes I even look at as it is well worth it. It also included a gas grill - most of the houses do not. We arrived early after driving all night for 12 hours with 2 infants. I called to see if we could get in early and the staff said "give us 45 more minutes so housekeeping can finish"......they were so wonderful. The beds were very comfortable and the house was spotless. Thank you to all the staff and owners!!

The kitchen was very well equipped. It had EVERYTHING you could think of for cooking, baking, serving, preparing. We are used to bringing a few things of our own because it seems like the kitchen often lacks something, but this house had it all. Plenty of rocking chairs on the front porch that gives shade and was so enjoyable to sit and enjoy the view every morning and evening. Very comfortable house.

The property at which we stayed, Sunset Dream, was absolutely first class. It was well appointed with dishes, utensils, flat screen television, in every room, and a working gas grill!
