Wow! Very impressed with all the improvements made. New sofa, new dining set, new dishwasher, much improved kitchen equipment, new deck furniture. Last year I was very disappointed with many things and voiced that in the survey. I'm thrilled that you responded with such positive improvements. Now if I can make one more suggestion - the furnishings under the deck are rather pitiful. I understand exposure to the elements makes it difficult to have nice furnishings, but, this area is the only one that can use a little upgrade.I am happy to be renting the house again next season.

Kitchen supplies were a bit in disarray. While there are pots and pans, there are lots of lids with no matching pot, And the glassware was lacking. Everthing mismatched. You can sure tell it is a well-used unit, The location is great. Right next to a beach access. View is great. The porches were a favorite spot. The bedrooms had comfortable beds. Overall a decent place to stay.

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. Location was great, beds were comfortable, the humidity control/temperature in the house was perfect. The only thing I would suggest is to upgrade the family room couch, tv and boost the Wi-Fi signal. Some family members had trouble using their devices.

We enjoyed the house. It has a well supplied kitchen that we were able to use with ease. The flow of the house was great for our family of eleven. And the linen supplied was great!

Sunset Beach is such a special place and this home provided our families great access.

The house was just perfect for our family of 3 units. We especially liked the large family living space, the screen porch, the decks and the large front yard between house and ocean, where we set up a kiddie pool for the toddlers. It was also close to the ocean access. The house was very clean and maintained. And the extra half bath downstairs was a handy addition. The only issues that weren't perfect, but workable were:1) The oven didn't work perfectly all the time, but we worked around it.2) The ice machine had been turned off when we arrived.We will need a larger house next year with new baby on the way, otherwise we would have already rebooked this house!

Great house on the beach...exactly advertised. The only thing I would like to suggest is that they offer basic spices stocked in the home (salt and pepper etc) nothing fancy....

This is a very comfortable home. The beds were quite comfortable and the screened porch had been improved since our last stay at this property. We enjoyed being able to bring our pets, too!We appreciated the precautions taken by the staff during the COVID19 pandemic.

We had a fabulous stay at Sunset Beach. Our dog especially appreciated being allowed to come along and enjoy the beach after hours. However the owners desperately need to replace the beds in the 2 secondary bedrooms which squeak loudly when you move and are old and uncomfortable. Once that is done, it will be a great place to stay for others, especially if they have pets.

The house was very comfortable for our family. We enjoyed our short stay there, as we had to evacuate for the hurricane. We are all hoping that we will be back at this house next year.

We love staying at Sunset Beach, and this trip was no exception. Being able to bring our dogs was wonderful!

Great location with wonderful views of ocean from all balconies and seaside rooms. Very convenient to beach access.

Our family has stayed in Sunset Clipper W. several times. We love the location. It's comfortable and suits the needs of our entire family. We've stayed in several other properties over the years. We've never had any maintenance issues until this year when the TV in the living room wouldn't turn on. Sunset Properties sent someone out within two hours to fix the problem. Having linens provided is a big plus!Sunset Beach is our favorite place to begin summer! The relaxed atmosphere and beautiful beach are perfect for our family.

The location of Sunset Clipper was excellent. It's a great value.The house easily accommodated our family of seven.
