1101A WM is spacious, airy, and perfectly located. The furnishings and kitchen equipment are excellent, and that's why we come back every year.

We loved the house! We spent a lot of time on the screened porch eating and playing games! It was a perfect vacation retreat!

Convenient to the beach and pet friendly in the quieter west end area. Everything was adequate although the family room couch was a bit uncomfortable and very used by its pet guests. Would definitely stay there again. Our family had a great time and loves Sunset Beach!

This beach house is in a great location -- close to the beach, far enough away from the pier, quiet and convenient. Although this was our first stay, we are counting on it not being our last.

This was our 9th year in a row renting this home and we'll be back next year.

We enjoyed our stay and the house was fine.Seemed to be in process of updating house.

We very much enjoyed our 2019 3-week stay at Sunset Clipper East. The AC worked great, and the freezer compartment worked great to make ice cubes. Wish they had more than 2 chairs on the decks, and wish they had a table on both decks to sit books, cell phones, drinks etc on. There were some basic kitchen and lighting issues, but Sunset Properties dealt with them readily (problems included no can opener, very few forks, no over mitts, and no crab wooden hammers, and 3 burnt-out lite bulbs). Loved the jacuzzi in the bathroom of the master bedroom.

Great house, great location and well setup! The outside fixup looks wonderful!! The room with the double bunks does not work for adults though as the top bunk is too close to the bottom bunk and people hit their heads. It would be great to see a set of twins or at least one twin added to that room. It would also be wonderful to see a ceiling fan on the screen porch. It's also time for new dishes in the kitchen - they are almost all badly chipped.

We had a wonderful week and look forward to coming back!!!

The house worked perfect for our annual family week at the beach. We love Sunset Beach and have been coming since 1996 and hope to come for many more years. The house is pleasingly furnished/decorated. I think the only problem - if you can call it that - was that we kept running out of forks.

I love the location of this property. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well-equipped. However, the furnishings were a little worse for wear.
