Comfortable little house

Sunny Delight was a perfect house for our Spring Break. While the weather was nasty (cold and rainy) and then cool for our stay, the house was warm an toasty. We love the location. The beds and living room furniture were comfortable. We hope to rebook for Spring Break next year.

Wonderful location and easy access to the beach. Nice four bedroom layout with average amenities. Will look to stay here again when we return to Sunset.

Sunset Properties was a breeze to work with!! Booked online and then closer to arrival time we decided we wanted to come earlier!! Called and spoke with Kelly and she arranged everything for us to arrive 2 days early! House was everything we needed! Plenty of space for our group! Everything was clean on arrival, loved the dock and the screened in back porch!! Can't wait to use Sunset Properties again!

The property is well kept and very clean. We were all comfortable and had an amazing week staying in Sunny Delight. I would recommend to a friend or family member because of the great location and cleanliness.

Enjoyed staying at "Sunny Delight"! Had a fantastic time. Enjoyed the back porch on the canal side and the screen porch on the front of house (you could see the bay area from the screen porch which was relaxing). Would love to stay here again!

The house had a great floor plan. The photos on line were true to what the house was actually like. Great location being on a canal, but also within a quick walk to the beach. The kitchen is stocked with everything you would need and more. Really enjoyed the bench swing each morning looking out at the canal while drinking my coffee and listening to all the birds.

The property was adequate but showed the effect of rental use. The windows and doors that could be left open for fresh air were locked and/or had the handles removed.

This was my first time staying on the canal and we had great fun! Fished from our dock and it was a very short walk to the beach - less than 10 minutes! The layout of the house was perfect - not too big - all on one floor and the three porches give everyone space. My favorite place I've stayed on Sunset and Ocean Isle.

Very nice. Any time i need somewhere to stay. You can always find us something at last minute. Thank you so much. Miriam Lee
