This is probably the 5th time we have stayed there. We like the house. It's the perfect setup for our family. We like the proximity to the beach.

This property was well stocked to meet all of our needs in the kitchen. The living areas were comfortable and the bedroom spaces were great for large families. We were very pleased with the cleanliness and nice lines provided. We enjoyed our week and would recommend using Sunset Properities.

Beautiful, comfortable home with well-stocked kitchen on the East end with very easy beach access. Perfect for a family trip. The linen service is a huge plus. We really enjoyed the screened porch which has view of the inlet and always seemed to have a nice breeze. We enjoyed the full game closet as well! Hope to stay here again in the future.

We have been renting at Sunset Beach for over 30 years, and I must say this is a wonderful beach house rental! It was very clean. This house has a very well equipped kitchen! Would definitely recommend this rental to anyone who is looking for great house with a decent price.

The property is in excellent shape with a well stocked kitchen. The extra "den" was great because we had small children in our group and they could watch tv while the adults had other shows on in the main room. The amount of bathrooms is perfect and having the extra powder room right off the living room is excellent. It is a short quick walk to the beach with no steps on the beach access! We have already reserved the same week for 2018. I think we found a new favorite rental on Sunset Beach.

The house worked well for our family of 10. It was well maintained and well decorated. With the heat that was present, a ceiling fan on the porch would have been helpful.
Beautiful home with comfortable living spaces and spacious bedrooms. Loved the porch and rocking chairs. The kitchen was mostly well equipped with a large selection of glassware and serving pieces, only lacking a serrated knive for bread, which we bought and left at house. We didn't rebook this house as we have all adults and the bunk beds wont work for us, great for a young family
