Summer Wind

This was first time staying in this house. Very beautifully decorated and we had a table that everyone could sit at for meals. Wish it had had more bathrooms but we managed. The downstairs outside shower was awesome. Loved this end of beach. Will try to get a house on canal side for next year because beach is much less crowded.Sunset properties is awesome to deal with and we look forward to our beach trips every year. Will see you again end of July at 424 Marlin.

The coastal/farmhouse chic decor helped transport us from the busy-ness of life to a relaxing beach vacation. Recent home updates were well done and newer appliances were a bonus. The house was clean and inviting which is a compliment coming from a germaphob. We brought our own linens, pillows and kitchenware. I embraced the true spirit of taking a break and being on vacation; so, other than the newer refrigerator, the only appliance we used in the kitchen was the the toaster (which worked perfectly for cooking our frozen waffles). The location on the island and proximity to the beach was ideal for a quiet week away.We highly recommend this house and will be watching for cancellations so that we can utilize for a return visit this summer.Thank you for sharing this beautiful home.

Spacious home in a great location. Some of my guests did not care for the barn doors on the bathrooms.They did not afford privacy in their opinion.Overall nice home and we would consider a return trip next year.

It was absolutely delightful. We loved the location and the screened porch with table and chairs was our favorite. Views from the front and back of the house. If it had one more bathroom we would not stay anywhere else every time we visit!

We had a wonderful week! Summer Wind is a beautifully furnished home. Kitchen is well stocked. The screened in porch was fantastic with lots of seating for everyone!

My family and I had the best week staying at Summer Wind. The doorknob was broken upon our arrival, and the property management company had someone out the next day to fix it. We did have to use a credit card to open the door that first day, and it would have been preferred had the door been checked before our arrival but it was a quick fix and didn't put a huge damper on our week. The house also had an ant problem, but Sunset Properties had someone take care of that right away as well. Other than that, the house was fully equipped with seating, lovely views, tons of bed space, appliances, and other household items. We had so much fun getting to reconnect as a family and the walk to the beach was less than 5 minutes. We would DEFINITELY stay here again!
