The upstairs loft with a wet bar is a fantastic addition, making it the perfect spot for entertaining or just enjoying some downtime with a drink in hand while taking in those beautiful water views. The combination of the screened porch, covered deck, and sun deck really enhances the outdoor experience, allowing you to enjoy the salt air in any weather.

The house was terrific! One of the best we've stayed in at Sunset Beach. We love the dock for fishing and kayaking. Three full bathrooms was a plus as was full size laundry room. Bed was so comfy! We were all very comfortable there and will definitely return to Summer Solstice.

The property is in a great location- easy beach access and a great dock in the back. Some of the furniture was dated, but it looks like the property is beginning to be updated.

Absolutely amazing. The layout of the house is wonderful...enough room for everyone in our 8 person family (grandparents, 2 married couples, 2 grandchildren). The views were incredible. I loved that each room had a balcony/deck. The dock was a very nice added feature...we went out on that multiple times per day. Also, the proximity to the beach was great! Another minor thing that meant a lot was the fact that there was 3 bathroom with 3 showers...very nice feature when coming in from the beach!

Home is extremely nice. This is our 2nd year at Summer Soltace and our family enjoys the Bayview, close to beach, comfortable porch, well furnished kitchen and comfortable beds. Excited about returning next year.
