St. Somewhere East is one side of an oceanfront duplex on the east end of Sunset Beach. For guests that require more space, the B side, St. Somewhere West, can also be rented for a total of six bedrooms. The interior connecting door adds convenience, making it easy to move between spaces. Relaxing on the deck with ocean views create such a serene atmosphere. Being conveniently located next to beach access is such a fantastic feature! It means you can easily head to the beach, whether for a morning stroll, a day of sunbathing, or a sunset walk. The combination of easy beach access, beautiful views, and the relaxing atmosphere makes for an ideal getaway.

This property is ideal for us and our friends. Having two bathrooms is a bonus. The location is perfect. The new walkover to the beach is so nice. No more killer stairs. The house is clean and well equipped. The living room sofa and love seat are very worn. They are getting uncomfortable to sit on. This is our 4th year in this property. They really need to be replaced.

The best location! We loved just sitting on the deck and being so close to the ocean. Also appreciated the dune crossing being right in front of the home. Home was well cared for and comfortable. Dishwasher was not working. They sent a repair person out right away. Did not end up getting fixed during our visit but no big deal to us. Thank you so much!

Sunset Beach island is the one relaxing week I have all year. It is so peaceful. The staff at Sunset Properties are all so friendly and helpful. I have been coming for 14 years now and will continue to come back each year. Our home was comfortable with amazing views. We loved it!
