The SS Pelican is a quaint two bedroom condominium located near the center of the island.  You will enjoy the ocean breeze while relaxing on the front porch. SS Pelican is a short walk to the beach and the island shops. It is also a ground floor unit which is helpful for those less mobile.

Make sure you check out the amenities this home has to offer. This condominium does not have an outdoor shower.  This is a privately owned home, and Sunset Properties provides its professional rental management services.

Overall we were satisfied, with a few minor glitches. It was cute and clean. Bed was very comfortable.

We loved staying at the Pelican. It is our second time staying here. The place is so cute and decorated so nicely! Sunset Properties is a great company! Peggy came over twice to get out television working on all the channels. We appreciated her dedication! Sunset Beach is a perfect vacation!

Perfect place for me and my daughter. Everything was updated and operational. The hot tub was a bonus, especially as the evenings get cooler. The essential oil air diffusers made the place smell like a spa.Location was good as it was only a short walk to the beach and ice cream!
