The upgrades were great! We particularly appreciated the door on the porch between E and W sides!

The house was recently renovated on both sides. The house is very functional with the number of bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen was nice, but could use more kitchen cooking and baking pans. The interior screened decks would circulate air better with ceiling fans. Overall, we would rent this oceanfront house again as it also has a nice back yard space and is very convenient to the beach.

Completely refinished, including new furniture and kitchen. This was always a great place; now it is even better!

We have been renting from Sunset Properties for over 20 years. The service is excellent and the value of the rentals appropriate.

Great House and fun time at beach

Our family loved the house! We had enough kitchenware for our family of 19, which was a big plus. There was no doorway between the duplexes, though, neither inside nor through the porch, so we had to go outside to get to the other side, which was a problem for the children. Having the washer & dryer upstairs was great, although the dryers in both duplexes took a LONG time to dry the clothes. But overall, this was a GREAT house and a great location to stay if you have a large family like we do.

Always enjoy my stay with Sunset properties. Quick to fix any problems which are few. Facilities are always clean and neat. This was our 19th year coming to sunset beach and staying at Sunset Properties. Looking forward to next year

We rented both sides of Squid Row to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary with our family. Everyone from 18 months to 72 years had a wonderful time! The view from the front decks was spectacular (especially the deck off the master bedroom). We also enjoyed using the gravel area under the porches for corn hole games to get a break from the sun. The sound proofing between the 2 units was great as the teenagers and babies could be on their own schedule without worrying about noise. All in all our stay was everything we had hoped it would be.

Everything was great.

We loved this place. Beach front, great view, seconds to boardwalk. The house is spacious and well kept up. Furniture seems relatively new, firm mattresses, lots of kitchen supplies. Master bedroom is amazing. Great lounge chairs.
