The upgrades were great! We particularly appreciated the door on the porch between the E and W sides!

We love this house and have stayed here many times before....recent renovation to kitchen/bathrooms was much needed and great result. New furniture and mattresses were also a bonus. Only thing that makes zero sense is whey is the TV so small? A house like this should have a big TV mounted on the wall with the furniture rearranged.

Beautiful property. Everything in perfect order. Sparkling clean when we arrived. Absolutely wonderful family vacation. Already booked for next year. Thank you for the opportunity to experience a fantastic beach vacation.

Nice location with good views ! Easy 3 minute walk to beach. Well equipped kitchen. Screened porch as well as upstairs and downstairs deck. Can seat eight at table and kitchen counter. No carpet. Good closet space. Front load washer and dryer. Deer walk from dunes right up to house! Large back yard. Need more comfortable pads on a few living room chairs..Have stayed here 3 times. Bargain off season rate !

Beautiful views and a short walk across the dunes on the nearby walkway to the beach. Water was relatively calm and still warm at around 75 degrees for the week starting 10/10/23. House is half of duplex with porch, screened porch, adequate living room, nice dining table and plenty of dishes, silverware etc. Couldn't find a large pot for fish boil or pasta.Used stove, oven , coffee maker, microwave, toaster and everything worked well. Nice master bedroom up stairs with its own porch and great view. Bedrooms were adequate and baths were clean and everything worked !Weather was 65-75 and we spent plenty of time on the beach. Water was clean. Outside shower and hose. Large back yard. Bring your bocce, horseshoes, volleyball, or corn hole.

This is the second year we have enjoyed this property and the adjoining unit. Unfortunately, school schedules have not allowed us to repeat our stay in 2023. The property was perfect for our family. The small updates were welcomed. Our children loved seeing the deer and rabbits and the beach is just perfect. Some of the family felt the beds were too hard...I guess it depends on what you are use to.

The property is in a great location close to the beach. The decks provide great views of the water and the deer between the house and the beach. The property is well maintained with a small number of items that need a little attention. We will rent this property again in the future.

Our family loved the house! We had enough kitchenware for our family of 19, which was a big plus. There was no doorway between the duplexes, though, neither inside nor through the porch, so we had to go outside to get to the other side, which was a problem for the children. Having the washer & dryer upstairs was great, although the dryers in both duplexes took a LONG time to dry the clothes. But overall, this was a GREAT house and a great location to stay if you have a large family like we do.

Condo is very comfortable. Location is excellant,and the most important is the friendly people at Sunset PropertiesWe as a group of widowed people (widownet.org) celebrated our 20th year coming there. Looking forward to year 21 next year. Jesse Lawhorn

Great layout for families and fantastic views and access to an amazing beach. Boardwalk has minimal steps so easy accessibility is also a plus

Have stayed here numerous times and find the house to be very convenient to getting to the beach. The house is well furnished and comfortable, although there is room for improvement.The tv's are very small and the mattress ( on our bed at least) could use replacing. The exterior decks could use some maintenance as well as the stairs leading up to them. Screen on door kept coming off, though to be honest I did have to small boys with us who may push on the wrong part of the door. All in all I would stay here again.

Third year we've stayed at this property. Great layout, great location, great up-keep of the property. The new flooring throughout the downstairs was a nice addition.

The house was in very good shape. We really liked the new flooring on the the main level. We also appreciated that there is now recycling available at the house. My only wish would be for a new washer and dryer as it takes forever to get laundry done, not very efficient!

Nice older house that was rennovated. Would be nice to have the blue container recycle service. I like the fact that there were plenty of kitchen items and plenty of plates.
