Southern Exposure is a spacious second row home on the west end of Sunset Beach. This home is a beach lover's paradise! With views from the rooftop deck, sundeck, covered porch, and screened porch, you have so many options to enjoy the sun and salt air. Being just minutes away from the beach with access between 32nd and 33rd Street makes it incredibly convenient.

We love the house and have stayed here for a few years now. The only real complaint I have is that the mattresses are extremely firm - like plywood. It was nice to see new carpet and new couches when we stayed this year as it shows that the owner is interested in keeping the property updated for their guests.

Southern Exposure most definitely is the most beautiful house we've stayed in. Upstairs and the loft were wonderful! We felt like we were 'on top of the world' when we were up on the deck. Sunsets were more than words can describe. We are Thankful to be able to stay in such a place as Southern Exposure!

We loved the house. Plenty of room to spread out in the additional living area in the loft. Loved seeing both sunrise and sunset from the crow's nest balcony. Management was pretty responsive. Promptly brought a new toaster, got internet company out to fix connectivity issue.

The house looked so inviting on the outside with its newly painted, cheery yellow and well maintenance lawn. The open layout of the house makes for easy moving around in. It is nice having two bedrooms on each floor. The roof deck provided great 360 degree views of the area. It would be nice to have an outdoor table to eat around out on the screened in porch. Furniture was in good condition, and beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. The doors to the outside and all handrails inside need a good cleaning due to lots of dirty hands touching them. The two screened doors outside need to be fixed as the screens have come loose. Location of this property has two easy access ways to the beach. I would definitely stay at Southern Exposure again.

Kitchen was very well stocked with cooking utensils etc. better than most. Very pleased with this property overall. Windows were difficult to open and a few we couldn't get open but other than that this was an outstanding rental

Once again we had a wonderful stay in Southern Exposure. Several of the bedrooms had new bedding, which is always nice to see. It really brightened up the rooms! We booked again for next year and are looking forward to another great week at Sunset Beach!

Southern Exposure was a lovely house. We appreciated how well the kitchen was stocked with utensils(although they could use more flatware). The beds were all comfortable and provided just the right support. We liked the minimalist approach to the decor - no clutter; and the sofas were comfortable. It may be nice to have a small TV in the master room upstairs. When the TV was on downstairs, it was difficult to watch TV upstairs since the sound competed. We loved the house and would definitely stay there again! Great location and easy access to beach!

We enjoyed Southern Exposure. The locations was great with all our family on vacation together for the first time. The house and weather were great. My wife and I have been going to Sunset for 45 years. This year was special, we got to see the turtles hatching for the first time. We will see your again in September.

Viewing properties on your website was easy and intuitive. We did call your office with some questions, and your team was very helpful.We've been coming to Sunset for 20+ years. Our family all said that this was the nicest house that we've stayed in, that wasn't ocean front. Layout was great, and we could have easily accommodated several additional people.The house did have some minor issues. The refrigerator was old, missing shelves, etc. Screen porch was missing some screens, and could be updated. Tables on the porch would be nice. Once rocking chair was broken. Some walls had peeling wallpaper.However, that was minor. The house was very liveable and comfortable. We'll be back!
Our stay at Southern Exposure was great. We had plenty of room and the interior furnishing were comfortable. The home was clean and well maintained. The proximity to the beach was wonderful. We have already booked again for next year.Once again, thanks for a wonderful week and a great house at the in perfect beach.
