Southern Cross is spacious and beautiful second row home on the west end of Sunset Beach. This home is a perfect blend of comfort and convenience! The additional living space in the loft is great for giving everyone some extra room. Being right across from the 40th Street beach access makes beach trips a breeze. And starting your day with coffee on the spacious screened porches, taking in those beautiful Sunset Beach views, is idyllic.
This is a Linen Ready home – bath towels, kitchen towels and bathmats will be provided at no charge, and the beds will be made with linen upon arrival.

Southern Cross is a beautiful, comfortable, and well-equipped home in an ideal location across the street from the 40th Street beach access. Linen ready with beach equipment provided makes this a perfect house for a relaxing and fun-filled vacation.

A very nice house on the far West side of the island. We love being close to the beach, and the vast space of the adjacent Bird Island area makes it all the better, feeling less crowded. We enjoyed the cooler days with the house door opened to the screened-in deck.

Southern Cross is a family-friendly cottage that offers a well-equipped kitchen/dining area; plenty of space for family gathering. Just a quick cross of Main Street brings you to the 40th street walkway, easy to take your beach carts, and easy to walk. Wonderful view of the setting sun from the second story screened porch; or you can meet others who enjoy this incredible setting as much as you. Absolutely recommended for family and adult beach visits!

This is our 2nd year staying at Southern Cross. It's a wonderful house. It's beautiful, and it's the best stocked house I've ever stayed in which we really appreciate since we fly down for our trip and can't bring a carload of things with us.

We loved the house and the proximity to the beach access. The bedrooms were nice and we enjoyed the screened porch, the screened deck on the upper level and the sitting area on the upper level. The kitchen was nice and loved having the pantry type cabinet to put our groceries in.
We have rented this property 2 years in a row. The property is clean, comfortable, well equipped, and a wonderful location.
