Shoreline Bluff

Great property for our family!Lots of room inside and out. The huge lot really adds to stay as we feel secluded from the crowds but close enough to the beach. We'll keep coming back to this house.

We loved the house and it worked perfectly for our family reunion. There was plenty of space for all of us to be together but also enough space for people to be on their own. Pity about the hurricane though! However, it meant that the cousins spent more time together playing games and chatting, so it really ended up being "win" situation. The grounds were beautifully maintained and the pool was regularly checked. Management was very responsive and replied very quickly to our emails, usually within a few minutes. PS: that bathroom is just wonderful!!!

My husband and I chose this property to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary with our children and their families. There were 13 of us which included our 5 grandchildren. There could not have been a better place for us! It was absolutely ideal. There was fishing off the dock, swimming in the pool, cornhole games on the patio, pool upstairs, the large table sat all of us comfortably for meals, the beach was minutes away…I could go on and on. We loved our family week there and made many more happy memories.

We enjoyed staying at such a beautiful property. The house was large enough for 13 adults and 3 children! Plenty of room for everyone! The house was very clean when we arrived!Thank you for making our vacation comfortable!

We have stayed here twice and it's been wonderful! It's a mix of both worlds-beach and resort. Enjoyed the pool, dock and large spacious house for 14 people! You never feel crowded as so much to do. Will come back in a couple years and hopefully rent this home again!

Upon arrival it was a very seamless process to pick up keys and check in. The home was very spacious and clean. The home was equipped with everything you'd possibly need. No need to pack extra! The linens were provided (although we brought our own). The laundry room was super spacious making that a breeze. We enjoyed cooking in the large kitchen and being able to fish all hours of the day or night. It was super quiet and nice. The pool wasn't as large as it looked but was good enough for a cool down. Our family would definitely stay here again. A lot like home away from home and cleaner than most places we have stayed. The extra dining space was appreciated as was the downstairs half bath so that it was easily accessible by those staying upstairs. My mother enjoyed this trip enormously and that says a lot. The only complaint is that the beach was way overcrowded. They should probably have more beach access for those not staying oceanfront, as this was a task with my elderly mom. We look forward to renting this property again!

The house was beautiful and clean. The pool was clean and so nice to have, and the pier was great also. Some of the beds could be updated; were well slept in. The tv controls were a little confusing though; couldn't figure out how to use some of them. Also, the dvd player didn't work. We got it running after a few attempts, but then froze up and we couldn't get the dvd out.All in all, it was a very lovely place to stay and was perfect for our large family.I give it 4.5 stars!!

This property is amazing! Not only is it situated on beautiful grounds with a lovely view, it has all the ingredients needed for a large group. My family and grandchildren had a blast in the pool. The huge kitchen was so great! Also the ample bedrooms and separate sleeping quarters were great for children and naps.We rented a pontoon that could pull right up to the dock. We will definitely rent this one again!

Extremely nice home and perfect site for my daughters wedding. Highly recommended for smaller events. Our family ( 12 adults, 3 kids and a baby were quite comfortable. Pool was chilly and heater was locked off but the kids had a blast ddespite it. Master suite is awesome.

The property was great. The pictures in the brochure make the pool appear bigger than it actually is. It was still adequate for our large group. The outside grill burners will need replaced soon (very rusty). Overall we had a great time and enjoyed the spacious room. The pool table was great for rainy days.

The Shoreline Bluff property was well maintained and we had a great time during our stay despite the hurricane. I would not hesitate to rent the property in the future.

The property was very nice, well furnished and enjoyable. The pool and the cover dock were great. The house we plenty big enough for our family of 14. We were a little disappointed that we could not get checked in until 4:45.

The Pineapple house was an excellent accommodation of our family of 14. The house had ample space and provided good separation for the children and adults. The pool area was spacious and occupied the kids most of the time. Beach access was quick and easy and the parking provided at Sunset properties really worked well. I would rate the property a 10 out of 10. Also, Sunset Properties was very responsive to all our needs. We will definitely rent this property again on our next visit.

We had a wonderful week at the Pineapple House. The house was beautiful and equipped with almost everything we needed. There were a few things in the house that will need to be dealt with but they did not diminish the great time we had.

Overall a very nice property. Beautiful view. Very nice space upstairs that the kids enjoyed.
