The Seven C's

We have spent our family vacations in the Windy Hill Beach area for years. We decided to rent a house in Sunset Beach this year and fell in love. The area is so quiet and uncongested you would never know you are only minutes away from the Tanger Outlets our favorite restaurants. The Seven C's house exceeded our expectations. It was clean, the kitchen was well stocked to prepare meals and the screened porch with rocking chairs is the best place to enjoy your morning coffee. Very short walk to the beach and 9 out of 10 times, cars stopped to let us cross the street. Everyone agreed we will come back to Sunset Beach next year.

A wonderful house that isn't far from the beach for a good price.

The Seven C's is perfectly located for our family as my sister had the house right behind. Only a few houses from two beach access with only a few stairs to get to the water. We had everything we needed in the kitchen for prepare our meals. Beds were comfortable and everyone had space to spread out and relax. Sunset Properties are always on the ball. We had one small issue that turned out to not be an issue. They responded quickly with a friendly staff member. Check in and check out went quick and seamless. We found a bag of essentials to get us started on our vacation. It's personal touches like these that keep us coming back to Sunset Properties. Sunset Beach is that perfect place for a restful vacation. Bike or walk to Bird Island, Kindred Spirit Mailbox and the Jetty. Get up early and watch the sunrise on the east end of the island. Watch for turtle nests, sea birds and dolphins. We will return to Sunset again and again. It's heaven on earth. Hi to Elaine!

Well equipped kitchen. Good bed assortment. True Queen sized beds. Nice screened in front porch w/4 rockers & 2 tables. Nice breeze off bay. 2 nice rockers back porch (unscreened). Icemaker/water dispencer on fridge. Living area on main level small. No crows nest. Location great! Access path to main street (to get to beach path) 2 houses down. Easy access/beach board walk...minimal steps. No seating, picnic table, or hammock under house. No light in outside shower. Little worn inside.

The Seven C's was perfect for our week stay! The house was clean and bedroom sizes were perfect for the 7 of us that stayed there. Quick walk to the beach access path was great and we have zero complaints!
