The property is great with the exception of the carpets needs to be removed. Kitchen very well stocked with all necessary items. Living room very comfortable. View are excellent and easy access to beach.

Serenity Now is a beautiful home with a beautiful view, if you can stand the king bed.

We enjoyed our stay at Serenity Now over Thanksgiving. The kitchen had most everything we needed (and more) for the meals we prepared.

The house was nice and close to the pier for beach access. We enjoyed our stay and would rent this house again.

Serenity Now was the perfect house for us! Well furnished with a well equipped kitchen, and the location is wonderful with an absolutely gorgeous view.

The property appears to be in the process of updating, and is in great condition. The faux wood covering on the deck resolves the splinter issues I've seen on most the other properties. The outdoor shower was in great condition, and the interior while dated in some respects was in great condition as well. This is a property I would certainly rent again.

The location is perfect. It has a nice walkway to the access. The view is even better. The living room furniture and beds were comfortable. There was ample space for our party of 9 to eat.

We have enjoyed this property for years. Was initially concerned to find new plastic rockers on the porch instead of the wooden rockers that had been there for years, but the plastic rockers were very sturdy and comfortable.

Great house! The location on 18th Street is terrific, you are only a few minute walk to the beach. Much less crowded and less traffic at this end of the beach. Would stay at this end of the island again - as a matter of fact, have already made our reservation for the same week next summer!

Great location on east end. Felt like had beach all to ourselves. Nice layout of living space. Excellent number of beds for a four bedroom unit. Would recommend updating living room furniture.. well worn at this point. Overall super week at Sunset at reasonable price with kids and grandkids.

We have been coming to Sunset since the early eighties and love it just as much now as we did back then. The location of this property is excellent being at the east end of the Island with quick access to sunrises over Tubb's Inlet and wonderful walks at low tide. This condo is perfect for beach lovers with the beach access path right outside the deck steps. During our stay both sides of the duplex were rented by big families. Never once was there a noise issue inside or out on the multiple decks. We recommend this property to anyone, you will enjoy your stay!

This was our second consecutive year using this beach house, so obviously we were pleased with the house itself and it's location on the beachfront.

We stayed at Gast Haus for 3 nights and had the perfect view of the ocean. Not too close and not too far away. The duplex, of course, had lots of stairs. I would not recommend for the elderly or disabled. We had plenty of room and everything fit right into our schedule. It was only a hop, skip & a big jump to be on the ocean. It was wonderful to sleep at night and listen to the ocean waves rolling. When we arrived, the house stunk of a musky odor. Found moldy clothes in the washing machine. Maintenance came right out and fixed the problem. No more stinky issues and the rest of the stay was magnificent. I would stay at this house again. It had everything you would need for your stay. It had a linen package. It offered your kitchen supplies, cooking utensils, pots, pans, etc. It gave us garbage bags, toilet tissue. You just can't go wrong with this house for your vacation.

The Property Gast Haus (1812A) was exceptional and our family of 4 had an amazing time during our 7 day stay. The home was fully furnished with everything needed for our stay. The location and beachfront views were mesmerizing. We will be back soon!!

We have stayed at this house once before. It is a comfortable home with a great view of the beach and ocean. The location at the end of the island is ideal. There is a walkway over the dunes nearby. The kitchen is convenient and everything works well. The living room area has windows all around with a side door out onto the wrap-around deck. The absence of sliding doors is a plus, because with the beach climate, sliding doors sometimes are difficult to operate.
