Sea View

We love Sea View. This was our fifth year staying there and we have already reserved the same week for next year at this property. It is clean, simple, and comfortable.

Our first stay at Sea View and we were not disappointed. The house was just the right size for us and was very close to the public access to the beach.

We love Sunset Beach and have been coming for 30+ years. We have stayed in Sea View for 6 years and enjoy our stay in this house. It has everything we need, plenty of space indoors and outside, and is in a great location - close to a Beach Access and an unobstructed view from the back porch. We'll be back next year!

This house is in a great location, very close to the beach and an easy walk to the beach access. It's a cute beachy house that easily accommodates 8 guests. We have enjoyed staying here for several years. However, even though some improvements have been made in the last few years (new flooring, somewhat updated bathrooms) the master bed is uncomfortable and the kitchen is showing age: the dishwasher is loud and the top rack falls off the tracks. There are too many pots and pans which need to be weeded out for the small amount of cabinet space. The front porch could use some new, more comfortable seating since sitting on the porch is one of the pleasures of Sunset Beach. Other than these few modifications, we had a great time in Sea View and look forward to coming back next year.

We love Sea View. We've stayed in this house several years and always have a wonderful week. The walk to the beach is so easy, the screened in porch is a nice place to eat and get a glimpse of the ocean, and the living room is spacious and can easily accommodate 12 guests (we know, we did it!).

Convenient location. Great layout. Well equipped kitchen. Not fancy, but has that great beach feel that everyone loved. Would definitely stay here again.

The house was clean and cheerful. We enjoyed both the front and back porches. The beds were comfy, but the bathrooms are small and lack counter space.

Great location (we have a large reunion group and this house is centrally located to others). Great layout and size for us. Very clean and bathroom updates very nice. We rented this house last year and reserved it for next year. The kitchen has ample plates/bowls/glasses etc. Maybe lacking is frying pans that aren't ancient. We learned last year to bring our own pans and large pots and sharp knives. More hangers in the closets. Minor things overall.

This was our 2nd time in this cottage. The location is perfect distance to the beach. The empty lot beside it is perfect and allows us to spread out and enjoy views from both porches. No problems!
