Sea & Tee East

we have been renting the same place for many years and it never disappoints

Our family couldn't have been more pleased with our stay at the Sea & Tee East. The photos of the house don't do it justice. Such a beautiful place with gorgeous views! Having a full bathroom in each of the four bedrooms was perfect for our group. We had the privilege of meeting the owners next door, who were very nice folks.

We were very pleased with this property. Nicely furnished and decorated throughout the home. We loved the layout and would definitely rent again. This is the 2nd year we have stayed at this property.

We had a great time.....good location to the beach. Plenty of room for our group of 4 adults and 2 children.

We were very impressed with the property, both inside and out. Very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped We loved the ocean view from the top floor living area.

We have stayed at this home 2 prior years. We really enjoy having the king size beds for our guests in the extra bedrooms and the living room kitchen on the top level of the home.

We absolutely LOVE Sea & Tee. This was our fourth year in a row at that property and the reverse floor plan makes it our favorite. We email a family photo to our home owner at the end of each stay and tell her how much we enjoy it there :)

Beuatiful home with lovely ocean views from main living area; love that the plan is inverted so that bedrooms are on lower floor with main living area and kitchen on top floor.

Even nicer in person than the photos on the web site. Clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. Everything was in good working order. The kitchen was especially well-equipped. Our family of 4 couples and a child had plenty of room. It was a treat having three king beds and all four bedrooms having their own bath. While the third floor living/kitchen area gave great views, it would make it hard for an elderly person or someone disabled to do the two flights of stairs several times a day. I love the special setting of Sunset Beach - the dunes are alive with wildlife. That also means a solid trek down the boardwalk and some stairs across very wide natural areas. Not a problem for us, but could be an issue for some.

We love the location, the Decor of the rental, and the view from the deck was incredible. The rental was very spacious and overall very accommodating for the number of people we had. We would recommend having more towels, toiletries, and basic kitchen products available upon entry ( for example dishwasher detergent and soap for washing machine). Having a refrigerator accessible on the ground level would be nice. Overall, we were very happy with the rental. The sunset properties office personnel was very responsive when we needed them, which is appreciated.

This is about the 4th time we have stayed at Sea and Tee East - it's a terrific place for up to 4 couples, or a large family. We usually play golf in the morning, and boccie ball on the beach in the afternoon!

This rental was among the best of those we've stayed in after several trips and rentals at Sunset. Everything was as stated or better; view was terrific; owners were very friendly and helpful; even the weather cooperated! Highly recommend this one.

This is our third year staying at Sea & Tee East. Out of the 15 years we've stayed on Sunset, this may be our favorite property. We love the reverse floor plan, and that the owners don't rent out the other side (at least, we don't think). I email the owners at the start and finish of each week to tell them how much we plan to enjoy, then enjoyed, our stay! Ms. Tuttle always wants to know if there are any small improvements to be made to the house. Would love to meet her some day!

Sea & Tea E was a beautiful home. It was very clean, plenty of kitchen utensils, bedding. View was absolutely beautiful. My family and myself absolutely love it. We're even discussing renting it next year. Our stay at Sunset Beach was wonderful.

We love this house and it's location. The living areas being on the top floor gives a great view of the ocean and pier. This is our second time to rent this property and we'll most likely rent it again.
