This would be a fine house for a big group, especially with children who would probably enjoy the bunk beds. The free standing freezer was useful for freeing up space in the refrigerator. I am not certain the kitchen was fully equipped for a very large group but it was fine for us. The floating dock was great for fishing, crabbing, kayaking etc. and the house is a short walk to the beach.

We have stayed at this property for the past 10 years. It fits our family: 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. Plus, it is in the general vicinity of other properties where other family members are staying. The exterior of the house could use a "facelift", but the interior is very nice. It has a new dock. The double-sized bunk bed mattresses are not comfortable for adults. The queen bed in the master bedroom is very comfortable.

Very accommodating for our family of 17. We could not have picked a better house for our vacation. Great location with a variety of fun activities at our fingertips.
The perfect place for our large family. It was a magical 2 weeks.
