Nicely situated house, close proximity to beach. Decor very 'beachy' Plenty of room and amenities. The house could use some repairs, but it did not retract from our vacation.

Property seems to be in the process of being upgraded; new dishwasher and one remodeled bathroom. The other bathroom had a missing towel rack and had not been upgraded yet. Kitchen needs more cooking supplies; measuring cups and spoons, mixing bowls. We prepare our own meals and have started bringing these items from home. Property is always clean and in order when we arrive.

I love sea la vie it's the second time we stayed there..... It's a close walk to the ocean and to the ice cream shop and the pier... It's so beautiful down there.... It feels like our he away from home now over the years there's less bar stools there used to be 4 now only one so that was a bummer... But plenty of porch seating so it was okay... I can't wait to go back....

The home was very comfortable and was close to the beach. We enjoyed not only the house, but the screened porch, and the back deck for sitting in the sun. The kitchen was fully stocked with items that one usually doesn't have in a rental. A great week at the beach!

Sunset Beach is our home away from home! Sunset is such a beautiful island! We love spending our vacations here.This property was well equipped and had little touches that made it feel homey. Maybe some updated furniture would put the finishing touch to this home. Love the ide of writing in the visitor book and leaving a shell in the bottle.

We had a wonderful time at your beach house. The house meant our needs and exceeded our expectations! We had 8 people from ages 6 and 7 to 64. There were games, puzzles, books, etc. for our grandkids. We had a couple of minor issues with the house but they were quickly resolved after one phone call. Thanks for the memories!

Full House was a clean, comfortable traditional beach house that still has the original paneling in the bedrooms and bath. The screened porch is our favorite part of the house; it's really big with lots of comfortable chairs, lots of tables and a picnic table. The ceiling fans keep it comfortable all day.
Comfortable, suitably maintained property. Close to the Beach.,pier, and shops. Big screened porch and large outdoor shower. We spend most os our time on the porch. Kitchen is suitably equipped and has new fridge and dishwasher. Excellent TV options with cable and streaming. New countertops and bathrooms. Cons: No ice maker or cold water.
