Sea Gate is a beautiful home providing a comfortable walk to the beach at the 12th street access. Having an elevator that stops on every floor is incredibly convenient, especially for moving between levels easily. And the direct access to decks from each bedroom makes it perfect for enjoying those beautiful marsh and bay views.
This is a Linen Ready home – bath towels, kitchen towels and bathmats will be provided at no charge, and the beds will be made with linen upon arrival.

This is our second time staying at the Seagate at Sunset beach. It's a beautiful and well kept home! It was nice to stay in a rental that gives that home away from home feel. Even though we couldn't enjoy the week due to the tropical storm at least we had a nice home to stay in. This was our 25 year visiting sunset beach. My wife and I fell in love wih this beach after we just got married and stayed with friends one weekend all those years ago! It's our only vacation we ever go on every year just to see our home away from home!

Best vacation we’ve taken in years!! This house was amazing! So clean and the elevator came in handy when getting my mother who is on oxygen and was in a boot back and forth to the car. We rented the Seagate because my son was getting married and we needed a place large enough to get together to go over last minute details and we had plenty of space here. The rooms are large and the master bedroom had a huge bathroom with probably the best rain shower head I’ve ever tried. You do not lack on space and the view from the back decks was amazing when watching the sunrise every morning. Will definitely keep the Seagate on our list if we go back.

The home is amazing. It's equipped with nice appliances and furniture throughout. The elevator was great for our son who has cerebral palsy and everything was first class. The only bad thing about this home is its not mine.

Wonderful home!! It was very comfortable and relaxing. The house was equipped with everything you need for your stay and more. Loved the color scheeme. Plenty of rooom in the living room and kitchen for family to enjoy! Bedrooms were spacious and beds are very comfortable. We enjoyed overlooking the canal while eating dinner and playing games as a family. Great home!!

This house is gorgeous! It is very spacious and open. Plenty of bathrooms and endless hot water! The owners did a great job with the furnishings. There were enough seats for all of us to have dinner together inside or out on the deck, and the beds were so comfortable! Every bedroom has a large, flat screen TV that we were able to connect to our Netflix/Hulu/ect. accounts through, so the kids could watch their favorite movies after the beach. And, the high speed internet is actually high speed...it worked perfectly even will all of our devices connected!! The kitchen is well stocked with plenty dishes, silverware, and cups so we only had to run the dishwasher twice the entire week. The beach is just a short walk away and there are 4 nice beach chairs provided. The outside shower made rinsing off after beach a breeze. There are restaurants near by and, if you plan to cook, the grocery store is just a few miles away. The Sunset Beach area is beautiful and so peaceful. We definitely plan to come back next year!
Love this house for family with 3 couples & Grandparent. Minimal decor & clutterless dressers & nightstands a plus. A chair in each bedroom needed. Lovely Porch rockers. Porch Chairs are rusting.
