Sea Fans is a classic oceanfront home. The ocean views and proximity to the beach make it a perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. The second living space on the ground floor is a great feature, especially for larger families or groups who need a bit more room to spread out. The oceanside sundeck and screened porch make it ideal for enjoying the sea breeze and taking in the beautiful scenery.
This is a Linen Ready home – bath towels, kitchen towels and bathmats will be provided at no charge, and the beds will be made with linen upon arrival.

We truly enjoyed our trip to Sunset Beach. There was enough room for everyone. The house was laid out well. The pictures are a true representation of the house. It was so nice having charging stations for our electronic devices. I have never seen that in a rental property before. The screened porch facing the ocean was amazing! Thanks for a great week!

I DID NOT WANT TO LEAVE❤️The ease and professional service I received when making my reservations was outstanding. The lady I spoke with explained things and answered my questions very well. She made me feel welcome.Sea Fans was a PERFECT beach house. It was very spacious and comfortable. The view from there was gorgeous🏝️ and the location was great! I hope to return one day soon! SeaFan is great house to rent. Covenant to everything on the island. Everything is updated and laid out very well. Only one suggestion would be to put lounge chairs on the porch so one can enjoy the ocean sound and take a nap.

We love this house! A lovely traditional beach house. Our family and another that are great friends been staying here for 20 years or so..I think that says a lot!!

Beautiful home with fabulous access to the beach. Extremely open and lots of room. The kids enjoyed the downstairs living space and the adults enjoyed the upstairs view.

We stayed at Sea Fans with a group of 10. The lower level of this house was very well done in comparison to others we have seen. It was perfect for three teenage boys in our group. The openness in the dining area was wonderful. We had room to eat, play board games and work on puzzles on extra table in corner. Plenty of space in kitchen as well. We cooked 4 nights and had all utensils, pots, pans dishes that we needed. Needs some touch ups here and there but overall met all of our needs.

Our family of 10 stayed at Sea Fans 11-22/11-29, 2016. The view of the ocean is FANTASTIC, parking is great and we had 6 cars. Loved the downstairs bedrooms, bath & den. The living room, kitchen, and dining combination was perfect for our family (55" tv did nor hurt). The house could use some TLC, but it was still nice and we enjoyed our Thanksgiving week. We will be back!!!
This was a fantastic house. We really loved the size of the table and how the family spaces were wide open. There was more than enough seating in the living room. It made it so easy for us to spend time all together. It's close to beach access. The porches were well maintained and safe for our little ones. We usually like to stay in different houses every year we vacation in Sunset but we all agreed that we would absolutely stay in this house again!
