Super nice renovated beach house. Well stocked kitchen with everything needed. Great screened in front porch with plenty of chairs . Mattresses in king and double beds were very comfortable. This will be our vacation home for same time next year!

Sandpiper on 29th was a great smaller property on Sunset Beach. We don't need a big two story house as all we really needed was a two bedroom and the three at Sandpiper served us well. We had a problem with the oven and you brought us a counter top oven to use until it could be repaired. Good customer service. Why we have been using Sunset Properties for the past 32 years.

Clean, comfortable and close to the beach. Just what we wanted! Kitchen had the basics, which were sufficient for us -- we did minimal cooking. We would consider renting again -- for sure. Although it would be nice if there were a new King mattress in the not too distant future.

our stay at sandpiper was wonderful. The house inside and outside was very inviting. Bright and colorful but yet the rooms gave a soft calming relaxing feeling. We had a great time.
The family loved the house we stayed in at Sunset. It was clean and very bright. The people were so friendly and sweet. We love coming to Sunset each year. WE all are looking forward to next year.
