Sandbox is a fantastic getaway spot on the east end of Sunset Beach! With its stunning bay views and proximity to the beach, it is perfect for a relaxing vacation. Four bedrooms, two with en suites, gives guests their own space on the main floor, while a fifth bedroom on the ground floor offers space for those who need a bit of privacy. Plus, having a private dock is a huge bonus for anyone who enjoys fishing or boating!
This home is dog friendly, allowing up to two dogs per rental. There is an additional fee if you plan to bring your dog(s) with you.

Absolutely loved Sandbox property-the deck is our favorite thing about it. The view from deck of water is amazing! Also having 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms is great-love staying there!

We stayed at Sandbox with our adult children and grandchildren. The views of the Sound and the proximity of the beach access made it perfect. We rented kayaks and a paddle board and enjoyed the Sound as well as the beach. The open kitchen-dining-living area facilitated family time which is very important to us since, because of distance, happens only a couple of times per year.One limitation is that the downstairs 5th bedroom and bathroom are small for 2 adults.

We loved the house, it was great having 5 bathrooms. The huge deck and the view of canal were amazing! Family has been renting different places for 40 years and this house was the nicest we have rented. Can't wait to go back next year!

The home is well maintained and decorated in a lovely manner.very well stocked kitchen that met all of our needs. We loved the view of the marsh and the many seabirds. Very relaxing time with family.

Sandbox has an excellent location near the east end tip with gorgeous unobstructed views of the bay marshes and intracoastal waterway and a short walk to the beach. The home has plenty of rocking chairs on the deck (an absolute must for us 30+ years and counting veterans of Sunset Beach) and a boat dock that makes fishing, paddle boarding and kayaking easy and accessible. The home has comfortable beds, great shower pressure, a well stocked and easy to use kitchen and very good appliances. This was our second time staying at Sandbox and we had another great experience. Is it next summer yet?

The canal front home was beautifully decorated. It was convenient to the beach access and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only thing we had to deal with was a chirping smoke alarm that needed new batteries. After calling sunset, they were prompt in responding and sending someone over to change the batteries. We have been coming to sunset beach for about 40 years and this was one of the nicest homes we've rented.

Nice house, great views of the inlet! Also close to the beach on a less crowded part of the beach.All the bathrooms for the bedrooms made things very convenient. The one downstairs bedroom was great for a married couple to have some privacy, but still be part of the group.We have decided to make this our end of the island and will likely rent this house again if it is available.

Great place for a family of. The down stairs bed room has no air but the fan worked great. The fishing off the dock was great also.
