Having access to a private floating boat dock is perfect for those who love spending time on the water, whether it's for fishing or just enjoying a leisurely day out.

In 20 years of renting at Sunset, this is our favorite house by far! Awesome location for kayakers or fishing. While it is a long walk from the beach, you can see the ocean from the top balcony and the private dock makes personal water crafts a breeze. There were plenty of spaces for our group to spread out, but also large enough gathering spaces that we could eat meals together and play board games together. The furniture is the perfect beach furniture. Comfy, but not too fancy to sit on and relax and the beds are the most comfortable we've ever slept in in a rental. Also love the natural privacy screen created by the landscaping. Such an awesome family space.

We had a wonderful stay and the people at Sunset Properties were very pleasant and helpful. The beach house had everything we needed and we found it clean and all in working order. We will definitely be back! It's always the best memories staying at Sunset Beach.

Well kept house. The kitchen was well equipped and all appliances worked well. The only complaint was that the cleats on the dock were too small and flotation is weak. Fans in the bedrooms would be a nice addition. Overall a nice home
