Rich's Retreat is half of a beautiful oceanfront duplex that provides a great ocean view. For guests that require more space, the B side, Eileen's Escape, can also be rented for a total of six bedrooms, with easy access through an interior connecting door. The location right by the beach access is ideal for easy trips to the shore. Enjoy the screened porch or sun deck while sipping your morning coffee or celebrating family time with your friends and loved ones. The screened porch has a wall that opens to connect both sides of the duplex.
This is a Linen Ready home – bath towels, kitchen towels and bathmats will be provided at no charge, and the beds will be made with linen upon arrival.

The location is awesome. The house is very nice, however the kitchen is small and the bathrooms are also small, especially the toilet area. The internet needs a boost, you loose internet when you are on the porch., which by the way the furniture is very nice on the porch. But the living room furniture is not the most comfortable.

Nice location and very clean unit however in need of a fan for the screen porch and some chairs for the lower carport. The view of the dunes and breeze is so nice down there but you can't enjoy it except with your beach chairs . Could use some updated furniture in the living space

It was pretty good. The kitchen was small, so even making breakfast/lunch with another person in the area was a challenge. The upstairs bathrooms were small. The property itself was nice, great views, great location, and well maintained. I highly recommend that they get a better broom and store it on the main level.

This house is awesome!!! It is clean, tastefully furnished and the kitchen is fully stocked with nice dishes, cookware, etc. It feels like " home ". The screened porch has very nice furniture. The laundry room has a new washer and dryer. I have already recommended this house to other family members and friends. I would not hesitate to stay again. Also, I can't say enough about Sunset Properties. Your staff is wonderful!!!!
The house was very nice. Beautiful view. We had one issue when we arrived but SunsetSet Properties took care of it immediately. We had a great two weeks!!
