Super relaxed old school beach house. Great views of the ocean from the entire back side of the house. Would definitely vacation there again. Could use some updating, but not an issue.

Awesome house! Just perfect for our large family!!

We love the family-friendly atmosphere of Sunset Beach. It is wonderful to get together with extended family without having to worry that our young adults will be distracted by wild parties or inappropriate dress. Retro Resort provides enough bedrooms that my kids, my siblings and their kids can all stay together. We also appreciate the large eating area and room for puzzling and TV viewing. Being right next to the beach access and looking out on the ocean from the eating area are valuable experiences.

Retro Retreat is a nice, older beachfront vacation home with lots of bedrooms (5) and bathrooms (4). Its needs some updating and minor repair work but it was great for our needs. The porch swing on the gazebo was very relaxing and got lots of breezes off the water. The beach access is next to the house and an easy walk to the beach.

Retro Resort is a great property! The deck, gazebo, common spaces, and overall layout were even better than the photos depicted. The kitchen was very well stocked and the outside shower very spacious. The location right next to a public beach access was very convenient. I highly recommend this property!

the Gazbo is a very nice feature. The 5 bedrooms were comfortable and fitted our family: needs. The house is very adequate but needs some minor upkeep and maintenance.

Nice property and great location. Large number of beds/baths was nice for our family and friends staying with us. We would rent this property again.

I loved the layout of the house. Plenty of lounging area. Was very happy to have all the chairs on the porch. Spent alot of time relaxing in the gazebo. The house was in an amazing location for our family and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We spent so much time on the back porch listening to the waves as we played card games and music.

The gazebo with the swing is a great addition to the house. It is a short walk to the beach. The bedroom on the ground floor gives some privacy from the rest of the house.
