Reds Roost is a cozy, second row, island cottage on the west end of Sunset Beach. The sundeck and covered porch are perfect for soaking up the sun or enjoying some shade. The roof deck with ocean and island views makes for spectacular views . And having a ground level screened porch for evening conversations is such a nice touch.

Red's Roost is the perfect vacation house. The furnishings are very comfortable and makes you feel right at home. There is a nice screened in porch and an upper deck for great views. The kitchen is well stocked. The owners have set this house up to make your vacation as enjoyable as possible.

We love our week at the beach at Red's Roost. We love to eat at all the familiar places, enjoy the beach which is across the street and have fun going shopping or taking the teenagers to ride the go carts. We rented a golf cart from Julie's and enjoyed touring the island.The house is comfortable and we look forward to our stay. This is our 3rd year and we signed up for our 4th next year.

We love this little 3 bedroom home that give the flavor of an older beach home, yet it is updated and very comfortable to be in. We love where it is located, across from the last exit to the beach. We look forward to staying here every year! This is our 2nd time in this house.

The property Reds Roost is a nice size house for a couple or a family of 4 or so to stay out. The house is in adequate shape and the best part about it is the convenience of it being right across the street from the beach access. It down the far end of west main street in a quiet area close to the marsh.

Reds Roost has a very relaxed atmosphere. You feel right at home as soon as you walk in the front door. The owners have thought of everything.. The furnishings are comfortable.The location of Reds Roost can't be beat. Right across the street from a walkway to the beach.

This house is at the perfect location. Easy walk to the beach. The interior is nicely decorated. Very comfortable beds. The kitchen has anything you would need to prepare meals. We have stayed at the Reds Roost for 3 years now and look forward to many more years in the future.

This is a nice cozy 3 bedroom home. It is in a great location, right across the street from the 40th street beach access. The beach at this location is less crowded which makes it easy to find a place to pop up your beach umbrella.The house is nicely decorated and the bedding is awesome. The beds themselves are very comfortable. The front deck has four rockers to sit and enjoy the breeze on.The kitchen is well equipped, you do not need to bring anything for the cooking you might do. Of course, we are on vacation and enjoyed having our Calabash shrimp for dinner.We have stayed in this house for two years and have reservations for next year. A little treasure amongst all the new construction.
