Porterhouse is a third row home located on the far east end of Sunset Beach. The screened porch is a wonderful spot for a laid-back experience, and having a roof deck for those stunning island views is a fantastic bonus! It is amazing to relax up there, taking in the scenery and enjoying the fresh air.
This home is dog friendly, allowing up to two dogs per rental. There is an additional fee if you plan to bring your dog(s) with you.

Overall, the Porterhouse property was nice and we had a very enjoyable time! There is a minor leak under the kitchen sink and the screened in porch leaks from the above deck, only when it rains.

This was the second year that we rented this house. We really like to 2 different living areas. The only thing that would be nice is to have the queen size bed downstairs that would help when you have 2 different families. But other than that we love this house.

We loved our week at Sunset in spite of the rainy weather. We rented Porterhouse and Bay Landing in order to accommodate our large family, and we've signed on again for the same 2 houses next summer. We would really like to see some freshening up of Porterhouse, including interior paint and new carpet. The hardwood floors are nice. We love the crow's nest and loft area, but definitely see the need for some updates to the house, including outside painting. Thanks for renting to us!

Best location we've had in almost 30 years coming to Sunset Beach. Porterhouse is a bit rustic, but was perfect for us.

Sunset Beach is the best family vacation spot on the earth. We had a wonderful time. The Porterhouse was a great beach house for 2 families and the location was very good for my husband and has a difficult time getting to the beach. If we knew what would be happening next year with our employment and vacations we would rent the house again but at this time our jobs are not stable. Thanks for a great experience.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house has great views from the rooftop porch, sunsets were terrific! Easy walk to the beach. Nice, open floor plan. We would stay here again. The staff at Sunset Properties were very helpful and always pleasant.

We love this comfy house! Even though it is a 3rd Row house, it is super convenient to the beach, great views from crows nest, and pet friendly. We have already booked for next year!
