Overall well equipped and set up nicely. one small addition would be hand/drying towels for the kitchen.

After decades renting and owning houses at Sunset Beach this was our first house on the marsh at the west end and we’ve reserved another for next year. The breezes were cool and constant, it was very quiet,and with bikes, the trek to the ocean wasn’t too taxing. The house was clean and comfortable with many windows to open. If kayaking and paddle boarding are on the vacation agenda, Bay Street is the perfect choice.

There is a reason I choose Sunset Properties every single year. I stay multiple times per year and am never disappointed. My rental was clean and free of any signs of a pet from a previous stay. I truly appreciate this as I know cleaning with dog hair can be tedious especially with so little time.

I have stayed at this property 3 times. I have a small dog and it is perfect for her; the porch is great facing the canal and she has room to run around and peek through the rails; I feel safe at this property. You can enjoy the beach during the day and the canal and marsh at high tide! We really enjoy the birds too! This is an older home and small compared to a lot of the newer ones but you don't need fancy at the beach; it has everything you need. It is a hike to the beach; so be prepared to have your walking shoes handy. And, its a great place to ride a bike. The 40th Street walkover to the beach is brand new and awesome; nicest one we have ever seen.

It was a nice property that allows dogs, but we didn't bring ours on the visit.

Always well maintained and enough dishes, items for cooking, etc. reserved again for next year.

Our rental was clean...in order...and available on time. I have dealt with sunset Properties for years and have been treated promptly and with professionalism. Looking forward to more happy years at Sunset Beach.

We stayed at Peace and Plenty last year and love this house, so rebooked it for this summer. It has everything we need, quiet, and bay access for our paddle boards. We will definitely book this house again in the future.

Overall the property worked well for us. One suggestion on kitchen utensils , the skillets need to upgraded/replaced. They are thin and stick with low or high heat.

This is a very nice, no frills property. I have a small dog and it was perfect for her. I would not recommend this property for anyone who has a problem walking long distances - it's a hike to the beach especially when carrying beach items. Also, the one bathroom especially needs an update to the shower/bath stall. It's very dangerous, slick and on a slope. I've stayed here twice and had to purchase bath mats while there. However, it is very nice and all you need while on a week's beach stay. We love being on the canal and in the marsh. The evenings are fun for fishing and bird watching. Also a very quiet place and a nice place to ride bikes. The deck is especially nice - half covered, half open....

The house is basic and has 4 large bedrooms. The bathroom's are a little small but adequate. The kitchen lacks some basic supplies such as a good knife. The house has a really nice deck. We enjoyed sitting outside and watching the birds.

We have stayed at Peace and Plenty multiple times over the past few years, and always love coming back.It is peaceful and quiet, with wonderful birdwatching off the rear deck overlooking the canal. The house is well appointed with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Recommended!

I loved being on a canal and near the marsh. The home was well equipped. The living room furniture was not comfortable. The toilets are very low and really should be replaced. The walk to the beach is about 3 tenths of a mile. All and all the house met our needs very well. The deck on the canal side was fantastic. We had a great time. The beaches are clean and the public access is very nice. There are no bath mats in the bathrooms.

Where the house is located on Bay Street on the canal and marsh makes it so you can watch the sun rise and set over the water. The house was clean and comfortable. Our microwave quit but Sunset Properties replaced it with a better one the next day. Hurricane Michael cut our visit short but we will definitely be back to Sunset Beach. All four of our party agreed that Peace & Plenty is where we would want to stay.

We enjoyed the layout and location of this home. It is located on a quite road without a lot of traffic.

Property was nice! We really enjoyed the marsh view, and sitting on the deck, enjoying the view and the sunshine. It was wonderful we got to bring the dogs with us. The house was clean and well-equipped. Would definitely stay here again!

It was very clean and nice. Kitchen very well stocked. Internet was up and down often undependable but nothing can be done about that. Very peaceful and quiet. Would love to go back next year.

Peace and Plenty is a very well maintained house, and well equipped with all the necessities. Quiet location with its own dock for kayaks, etc.

We had a great trip to Sunset Beach and will definitely be back again. We had trouble with the Internet and the rental company was very attentive, sending someone down within the hour to help. The house was great for our family. We can't wait to come back.
