Once Upon A Tide

The house is beautiful and nicely decorated. It was nice that everyone could have their own bedroom and bathroom. The upper deck off the master bedroom was really nice in the afternoon with the breeze. The owners did a wonderful job and putting labels on everything in the house, it was very helpful.

The pictures and posting perfectly aligned what we experienced with this home. It was great on both sides.

Beautiful property, has the feel of a resort stay.

The house was beautiful, well stocked kitchen, beds were comfortable. Would rent this property again there was plenty of room for my family of 8 adults and 2 kids.

This is a very nice house with many of the niceties of home. The owners take pride in the place and it shows. And the kitchen is extremely well supplied.

This was our first stay at Once Upon A Tide and it won't be the last! The house was extremely clean, beautifully decorated and comfortable. The kitchen is lovely and stocked with any appliances/utensils you may possibly need. We had plenty of room for our party of 6 and the location was great. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We have stayed at "Once Upon a Tide" four times now with our family. This house more than meets our needs with the size, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, and its close proximity to a beach access. The kitchen is spacious and very well equipped. We enjoy using the outside gas grill and picnic table under the house for cookouts. Our only complaint with the house are the mattresses -- we all go home with stiff backs! Sunset Properties is so easy to work with!

Great location and house. Wonderful for multiple generations of families - grandparents, children, and grandchildren.

Wonderfully decorated!

This was one of the nicest homes we've ever stayed in. It was only about 4 years old so it was one of the newer homes on the island and therefore had many of the most up to date amenities and furnishings. Kitchen was very nice with lots of cabinet spaces labeled as "pantry" for storing all our groceries. Drink cooler was also a plus as that allows extra space for the other refrigerated items. Master bath was extremely nice and roomy.

This is a beautiful new property. You can tell that the owners took great care when building this home. My family, friends, and I thoroughly enjoyed mornings on the deck and the upscale finishings throughout the entire home.
