Thank you for another wonderful stay. We have enjoyed this property on a regular basis since 2007.

Very lovely property. Overall well maintained, especially the new lower deck and railings. It could use a new dishwasher, stove and microwave in my opinion.

We have been staying at this property for more than 10 years. The duplex is well maintained and we love the location at the East end of Main Street. We also appreciate the convenience of being located directly on the beach access walkway. The flooring in the house was replaced this year, and we love the new flooring. The kitchen is well equipped, which is important to our family since we cook most of our meals rather than eating out. The house is linen ready, which is a wonderful convenience not to have to pack linens. Maintenance staff is always helpful and prompt when we had minor repair issues. We have reserved Okie Dokie for 2024!

This was our 4th time staying at the Okie Dokie, and we loved it as usual. Clean, comfortable and great location!

This is our first year staying in this property. My sister rents the other side so now we can open the connecting door to easily see our family members. It's spacious and nicely furnished and the location is excellent!! It comes with linens which saves packing space. We love how soundly the house was built and we all can move quietly throughout the house day and night. Our reservation has been made for next year!

This was our third visit to the Okie Dokie E, and we love it there! Location and accommodation are both excellent!

We love the Okie Dokie! It is perfect for our family. The bedrooms are set up so well for us. We go there three weeks a year. It is so great to have a walkway right beside the house. The furniture is comfortable and the view of the ocean is beautiful.!

Okie Dokie is a beautiful and well-equipped oceanfront duplex on the East End of Sunset Beach. We have stayed there many times in the past and always enjoy coming back. The kitchen has been updated in the past couple of years, and the living room couches were recovered this year. The duplex is situated right on the 13th street walkway, which is very convenient for getting back and forth to the beach, and has a great outside shower. The kitchen is well equipped with stainless appliances and lots of seating space for dining. The beds are comfortable with a king bed downstairs and one upstairs, which is the master. There is also a bunk room that sleeps four kids and another queen bedroom upstairs. All bedrooms have their own bathroom, which is very nice when you have a crowd. I would highly recommend Okie Dokie East or West for a summer beach trip.

We love Okie Dokie! It is so great! When our children and grandchildren are with us we need four bedrooms and four bathrooms! The house is very comfortable and clean. The walkway is perfectly placed for our needs. We have booked the house for next year. Sunset Beach and Okie Dokie have become a family tradition! Having our sheets and towels towels already there is a great perk. Great house and trip! We LOVE Sunset Beach!

The Okie Dokie has been a part of our family for many many years now and the owners send a lovely Christmas card every year as a thank you. It is a perfect location with a beach access right by it. Our grown children and grandchildren love this home!

Our favorite beach is Sunset Beach. Our favorite house has been the Okie Dokie for years now. We have a growing family made up of three generations. This house is perfect for parents, children, and grandparents. It has four bedrooms and four bathrooms, just what we need. With the ocean front location, it is easy for young and old to reach the beautiful beach. The views from this house are perfect! The walkway to the beach is right beside this house. We love the Okie Dokie!

We love our favorite house at Sunset Beach, the Okie Dokie!!It is perfect for our family with four bedrooms and four bathrooms. We have plenty of room for our children and grandchildren The interiorIs updated and comfortable. The views are beautiful. It is beside a walkway to the beach.We enjoy having the sheets and towels provided. Love being on the ocean front.

We have been staying at Okie Dokie for 8 years and it feels like home when we arrive. The home is well equipped and well maintained. Okey-dokey is linen ready with less you enjoy your vacation right away. It's location is fantastic right next to the beach access.

Another great stay at Oakie Dokie East! Already looking forward to next year's stay! A couple of very minor things :The blender is missing the bottom gasket so it couldn't be used. We wish there was a large downstairs mirror in the living room, hall, or dining area to be used to help put on sun screen. But the house was in great shape and we absolutely enjoyed our stay!

Okie Dokie was more than just okie dokie! Great location next to beach access. Good floor plan, newer appliances, ample seating and who puts a Kurig in a rental? We had 5 in our party and could have doubled our group, plenty of space. Spent hours on the deck watching the ocean.

This was a very nice house, the furnishings were up to date and comfortable. We have booked through Sunset Properties for many years and plan to continue. All their properties we have rented in the past have been very good.

I have rented this property once or twice per year for many years. House has nice layout, beach access, perfect distance between the pier and the point. Owner does good job maintaining property.Very fair price for rental. Many loyal repeat renters.

Very clean and nice property!!

Been going to Sunset Beach for over 40 years. Okie Dokie East is probably the best house we've ever stayed at all these years! Couldn't really ask for anything much better!

This is a wonderful waterfront house for a vacation. The house has been updated. The beds and furniture are comfortable and in good repair. It is well laid out and each bedroom has it's own bath. The close proximity to the beach walk was also a big asset.

A wonderful house. It had room for all 11 of us. Well furnished and maintained. We'll be staying there again!
