Very well maintained home that made our beach vacation a great experience

Beautiful home! We had a very nice, relaxing time. The week was so peaceful and we had great weather.

Very nice layout, each bedroom has its own bathroom. Ample kitchen space and plenty of table space for eating, gaming, and puzzles. Dual zone climate control. Nice screened porch for sitting outside without having to deal with mosquitos. Two additional sun decks for lounging. Close to beach access, east side of island has a shorter distance to walk to the beach. Laundry, outdoor shower, and covered parking also nice features. Have stayed two consecutive years because of our satisfaction with the property.

My family has been vacationing at Sunset Beach for 38 years. We have stayed at different homes, in multiple areas, and made many memories. Our family has grown exponentially and now requires two houses for the week. This house meets our needs, the location is great and the accommodations are excellent. We will be returning again next year and are looking forward to being here.

We had a wonderful stay at Nautical Adventures. We appreciated the attention on the part of the owners to provide guests with a well stocked, well organized kitchen, comfortable bedding, games and puzzles and cleanliness that surpasses other houses we've rented by far. This indicates that the owners take good care of the property to ensure a pleasant experience for their guests. We would definitely stay at Nautical Adventures again!

We love coming to Sunset Beach and making a lot of amazing memories. All the houses we have stayed in have been very beautiful, clean,and we'll stocked with kitchen necessities. We have encountered some maintenance issues and they were fixed same day , (amazing ) that wouldn't happen back home . To all the owners who open up their homes to people like us , we are forever grateful for the opportunity to make our family memories in your home . This is our 15th year staying at Nautical Adventure. Needless to say we love the house. It is always clean and has the space for our family. Access to the beach is great. Love it and Sunset Beach!

Fantastic location right across the street from the beach access. The multiple decks were where we spent most evenings. The kitchen was stocked with more than you would need in utensils and dishes. Highly recommend staying in Nautical Adventures

Check in / out was easy and friendly. I really appreciated the text message letting me know the property was ready right as we arrived in Sunset. The rental is our favorite after 12 years coming to Sunset Beach and we plan to repeat the rental next year!
