My Three Sons

We've stayed in this home twice now, with it booked for the same week next year. We like this one very much. It has all you need with proximity to the access being the best part!

We enjoyed our stay at My Three Sons. It is a beautiful, comfortable home. It was clean and well maintained with a well stocked kitchen. We are looking forward to 2025.

The house is pretty fantastic. The simple touches the owners have made really brighten the place up and make it look more modern. The proximity to the beach access is wonderful, making it easy for the kids to get on and off the beach safely. We have 5, and some times the older ones do it alone. We never lacked a thing in the kitchen. They have everything. Never stayed in a house with so many dishes..and really nice ones. The leather couch was brilliant. Makes it a lot easier for those of us with kids to wipe something right off without ruining it. First house where the aroma walking in was like walking in at home. Never had one with wallflowers making the house smell nice. One of those simple touches!The only thing we would ever say negative is mattresses. They are crazy soft in some spots, and we are firm fans. They could be new too! Lol. We wouldn't know. It didn't matter enough to have a bad week. Thank you for making this home what it is. Wonderful, bright, and airy updated beach house! Beautiful view from crows nest and screened in porches. Outdoor seating area and outdoor shower were delightful. Definitely plan to come back to My Three Sons!

The property is exceptionally well-maintained and the beach access could not be more convenient. Also, the Sunset Properties staff is extremely helpful.

This was our 25th year at 1611 E.Main St.( My Three Sons ). Improvements are made yearly, such as an entirely new upstairs bathroom, and worn out furniture, appliances are always replaced in a timely manner. The entire house is nicely decorated and the outside of the house is very nicely kept, again, with improvements this year. We have seen multiple houses on Sunset Beach over the years, and this is clearly the nicest. Very comfortable, with easy beach access across the street. Large dining room table great for big families.All rooms comfortably decorated.

We've traveled to Sunset Beach from New York for over 20 years and have stayed at this house previously. It's a lovely home and we have rented it again for 2023.

We truly enjoyed our stay at,My Three Sons. The house is finished off very nicely. The kitchen is very well stocked, everything we needed was there and the dishes are beautiful! We absolutely loved the location, easy beach access right across the street and views of the ocean from the kitchen and multiple decks. The master bedroom bathroom has been updated with a great walk-in shower. The fenced in area in back was a perfect play area for our 15 month old granddaughter. The views of the waterway on the back side of the house were also very nice. If you love the East end of the island like we do, I think you would love staying at this home.

My Three Sons was a fantastic house with a premium on beach access location. The multiple decks afforded access and isolation for each guest. The "widows deck" on top of the house provided sensational sunset views. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, glasses, cups, cutlery, etc. Loved the outdoor shower.

Great house right across from the beach access. Fun place with great decks and nice floor plan. Also a fun "courtyard" as a bonus.

We spent a week at My Three Sons and absolutely loved it. It had ample space for all of us. The kitchen was beyond stocked with anything you could ever need, appliances, dishes, gadgets, trays/bowls. It was lovely!!The crows nest, front screened porch and lower patio were used all week as well as the outdoor shower. The location right across from beach access was so wonderful and made for easy trips back to the house to put kids down for naps. Thank you we had a great week and made great memories!!

Wonderful house! Great location. We enjoyed watching the sunrise on the rooftop deck. There was more than enough room for our family of five. The layout was perfect. The house was clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend and we will be staying there again!

Excellent property, very well maintained. Just across the street from a beach access which was very convenient. Large screened covered front porch with rocking chairs offered great family time. Bedrooms were comfortable and cozy. Property also has a private patio area with a gas grill and patio style furniture allowing all the privacy you need when grilling out. Overall property is amazing and we would absolutely consider staying there again.

The house was gorgeous inside & out. . We loved the screened in front porch and the outdoor patio. The patio furniture was beautiful & so comfortable as well as the hammock. The kitchen was also well stocked. Everything was clean, well taken care of, & we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This is our second visit to MyThree Sons. Our family loves the house, the proximity to the beach and beach access walk. We enjoyed the addition of the hammock this year!

This was our third year at this property. It perfectly fits our needs for a two-family stay. The owners of the property continue to make improvements each year which we appreciate. We love being towards the end of the island.

We were long time visitors to Seventh Wave, now My Three Sons. It holds many memories for us, and we were excited to return. We were not disappointed. Very spacious. Loved the new fenced in area with the hammock (would love to have brought our dog along), and the lights on the palm tree! Great kitchen. It even had a crockpot! Loved the screened front porch. Close to a beach access! Under house parking for 4 cars. I could go on and on, but lets just say its a great place to unwind and catch some rays. The Garbers.
