Great house. We've rented this same unit for many years.

A wonderfully located property on the first row of East Main Street. I love the fact that the stairs are covered. It has a fifth bedroom that is certainly a plus along with the three bathrooms. The bathrooms are in need of an update and the shower door openings are awfully tight.The refrigerator ice maker has not worked in two years. The living room / kitchen areas are of ample size and the dining room table is large enough to accomadate a large family. We have enjoyed Jolly Roger for the last two years and have already booked our week for next summer.

This house, Jolly Roger is adorable, rustic and close to the beach. Definitely a family friendly neighborhood. Sunset Property houses are always spotless. It would have been nice to have a dining table and chairs on the deck, but the rocking chairs were comfortable. Huge fridge & freezer and tvs in every room. We will definitely book this house next year! It was an A+++ week

This was our second year in this house and we already booked it for a third! The location is absolutely perfect: beach access right across the street, not far from the shops, and being on a corner really has it's advantages. The house is extremely dog friendly with more than adequate space to take them outside and to keep them entertained. The bedroom layout is great for families with two large bathrooms and 2 bedrooms sharing each bathroom. The fifth bedroom is on the ground floor with separate access but also has its own bathroom and laundry. We didn't use that bedroom as a bedroom, but as a place to hang out (and have some quiet) while waiting for laundry to finish. The kitchen and dining room are laid out well for families as well with an island and tall chairs for people to sit while others cook or clean up. Would definitely recommend this house!

This house was really nice and we already booked it for next year! The beds were comfortable, the layout was great for our group, and location to beach access was perfect! It seems to be intentionally dog friendly - the floors and layout were perfect for having 2 pups on vacation. See you next year!

We really enjoyed the home we rented. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The only thing I would mention would be the showers. The doors do not open very wide and a larger person would have a lot of difficulty getting into the shower¦some folks could never get in.

The property was very nice and we were happy with it. We loved the layout and the kitchen renovation made it very roomy and welcoming.The kitchen table size and all the seating areas around kitchen were fabulous. The rooms were a good size and we liked the newer tv/s. It was a nice place to call home for two weeks. We did our best to treat it as our own home and kept it very clean every day. Icing on the cake that it was dog friendly. A few suggestions:Better lighting in the bathrooms and maybe long full mirrors would be a nice addition.Outdoor shower needs hooks to hang towels and suits - there were none A picnic table on the porch Keurig coffee machineThe putt putt area and game room could use a little help. Great areas for entertainment if fixed.

We love this home which is why we continue to stay in the same house. It is well kept and in a great location. The path to the beach is right across the street so it is a short walk. It has a large table which is great for dining and for playing games.

This property was very nice. It suited my family perfectly. The putting range and corn hole games helped on a rainy day, nice touch!

Sunset Properties is a great company to work with to book a trip to Sunset Beach. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Great communication through both emails and texts on the day of your arrival.Jolly Roger was a very clean, well maintained house-especially for a pet friendly house! The open space format is great for a large group. Loved the location!

This property is very convenient to the beach access and a great location for walking to small shops. The beds were comfortable. Kitchen is nice. Really only intended for 8 people to be comfortable in living area . Don't expect luxury but it is a nice place for outdoor beach living.

We have been staying in Jolly Roger for several years and absolutely love it! We vacation with multiple groups of friends and family each year and "our" house is always the spot to be. The location is perfect for beach access and for front porch sitting in the evening. We can't imagine staying any where else and hope Jolly Roger can be ours for at least one week a year for many more years to come.

Our family have been coming to Sunset Beach for 28 years and we have stayed in various houses mainly beach side. We have watched Jolly Roger transform over the years and couldn't wait to add it to our annual vacation home for our family. We have four adult children with three having significant others and three beautiful grandchildren ranging in age from 2-6. We can all fit comfortably in the home. It offers great amenities, lovely front deck and spacious car port where we entertained 52 relatives for a family dinner. We were pleased to find extra beach chairs, beach toys and a bumper pool table. The putting green is an added bonus as our family are big golfers! We booked for next year and cannot wait for another memorable vacation! Thank you!
