Island Time

Very clean and comfortable.

This is one of the best houses we have rented at Sunset. Very well stocked with nice utensils, dishes and pots and pans. Would definitely recommend....except for the 3rd week in June each year!!!

Island Time was a great house! Everyone enjoyed both porches and rooms were big enough that you didn't feel cramped. The kitchen layout was loved by our chef! We had wonderful seafood and low country boils and taco bars! We rented a golf cart so shuttle to the beach with chairs and stuff was not a problem. Definitely my favorite home I've rented there even if it was on the back street. It was very quiet back there at night.

We loved this house so much! It was colorful, artsy, not too big or too small. The kitchen pretty well equipped, they even had a Keurig, as well as a regular coffee pot and a Ninja Blender (the best). The front and back porch offered sitting outside morning and evenings, depending on the sunshine. The hammock was awesome too! It's my favorite place we have stayed so far. We would definitely book there again.

Island Time was the best property we have ever rented in out 15 years of renting from Sunset Properties! It was beautifully furnished and well stocked with nice utensils, and dishes! We would rent this property ever year if it was available!

This is first time reserving a rental twice at Sunset in the 22 years we've rented since we like to checkout all the rentals on the island and plus there was minimal houses available but we knew choosing Island Time was a great option since the accommodations are great and well kept! We had a wonderful stay and it's always a smooth process renting a home through Sunset Properties!

Beautiful home and location.

Island Time is a very nice house. The layout is very spacious and accommodating. It is well stocked with kitchen equipment. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The property was extremely clean and refinished recently. The art work was amazing through out and the owners took great care in selecting. The furniture was comfortable and clean. The kitchen was well stocked.

The home was wonderful. This owner has really taken the time to stock and decorate this home beautifully. We loved the layout and the ability to be as close as we needed to be and yet still offer everyone space. The added bonus of the beach supplies was perfect. We would definitely book this home again.

Fantastic Rental! Our family truly enjoyed our stay at Island Time! We've been vacationing at Sunset for 18 years and this Rental is our favorite by far! Well cared for and love the updated appliances and beautiful kitchen! Can't wait til next Summer!

We love Island Time. The decorations and layout of the house are everything you are looking for in a beach house. The owners are generous and provide chairs, toys to play with on the beach and a cart to help you get all of those things to the beach. We've been staying at Island time for the past five years and in many ways feel like it is our home away from home. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay a a beautiful place while at Sunset.

My family had the best time ever! The grandkids enjoy the beach! The surroundings were beautiful. Early morning walks, bikes rides, were enjoyed.
