Interlude W

We enjoyed being back in this house after staying in it in the 2000's. We were very happy with the renovations. The interior is tastefully beachy and comfortable. We appreciated the convenient location and the easy access to the beach. We look forward to returning.

The house was extremely comfortable, the kitchen very well stocked and we enjoyed our stay. There were 3 things that needed some work. The bedroom door adjacent to the kitchen sticks badly. The ceiling fan in that bedroom wobbles so badly I was afraid it was going to fall. The table and chairs on the screened in porch should be replaced. We loved the rocking chairs and thought it would be nice to have a couple more. This is a really nice property and we would stay again!

We booked both sides of Interlude for a family vacation and had an amazing stay! Interlude W was equipped with everything we needed (washer/dryer, outside shower, plenty of rooms & restrooms), and was beautifully decorated. The view is stunning, and we even got to enjoy seeing a deer outside of our house! It was nice to have the screened in porch area as well as the open deck facing the ocean. We ate a lot of lunches on the table in the screened in porch, refueling after a fun morning on the beach. The walkway to the beach is very close, only 1 house over, and the wheelchair accessible walkway was very close also. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

The house was good, lots of space, and everything we needed was there.

Wonderful property. Very clean throughout. Kitchen has everything you need to cook any meal. Views of the beach and sunrises/sunsets from the main and upper level porches is phenomenal. TV's & WiFi all working well. HVAC system excellent and very comfortable. All around wonderful place to stay.

Very pleased with property. We had stayed at property for couple years but tried different place last year. Was pleased to see updates, particularly replacement of aging carpet with wood floors

Overall, a very nice unit. Could use some updating in the bathrooms and the air vents need cleaned. We would recommend this house.

Absolutely fantastic property - kitchen is very well appointed, living space is quite comfortable and the showers have great water pressure and hot water supply. Excellent location and amenities for a family vacation or get away trip with friends.

Loved the house! It was clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans and utensils. The view from the master bedroom and porches was amazing! My husband, who has a bad back, loved the jet tub. I would absolutely rent this location again!

We've been staying at Interlude West for several years. It's great location and great house. Great view. Short walk to beach. Nicely furnished and supplied. Very clean.Will be coming back again.It was great place to hunker down in this year of the Covid virus.

This was our first stay at Interlude W. Great place to stay - clean, comfortable, well kept and well-stocked for cooking. Seriously - grateful for sharp knives when we cook! Comfortable beds! A nice book selection. We will be back!

Have stayed at Interlude West number of times. It was great to see that new owners have made some excellent upgrades very happy with improvements. Unfortunately our stay was cut short by mandatory evacuation due to Hurricane Dorian.

Another wonderful two-week stay at Sunset Beach! Two weeks are 500% better than one. This year we saw a bobcat wander out of the vegetation behind the dunes and into our backyard. I must have watched him for 3-4 minutes before he leisurely turned and walked across a neighbor's yard and back into the brush. What an unexpected treat, as bobcats are quite shy and elusive, even more so in the summer.

Well maintained. Excellent condition. Looking forward to a return stay at this property. We've stayed at numerous Sunset Properties over the years, this property has been the best property by far!

We rented both Interlude E and W for our extended family vacation. Having lots of bedrooms, two kitchens, two family rooms, and two nice screened porches was great. Not having an access door between the two sides of the duplex made it difficult for the 90 year old great grandparents to move back and forth. ( a door could easily be added between the porches). Overall all a good comfortable place to vacation!

Beautiful home with breathtaking views. We enjoyed our relaxing week at the beach.
